Reality of so called "Men,Alpha and Masculinity". If any of these words are spoken from a so called Man. He is not much of a man at all. These stupid words were not even spoke of back in the day where men were actually men without talking about it.

Truth & Growth, that has been my mantra.. but I feel that it is in someway a coping mechanism for me, since I don't find any satisfaction in the connection.. but since we already have a family, I tie my marriage to a higher purpose and in being able to see more of my shadow & heal my triggers.. However, how long can this coping continue without it being reciprocated? ( I am a woman btw)

I view conditioning as the ego mind, and it requires constant vigilance to detach from it. The more I engage in non-judgmental awareness, the closer I connect with my authentic Self,leading to a natural and effortless state of being🙌🏽I simply exist without needing to force anything. That group identification, at the most fundamental level, serves a function. It sets up the expectations to which we measure ourselves. It's structure. And we adapt ourselves to that structure so that we are more likely to survive. The new age identity groups (i.e. W0ke) that have sprung up consist of people who reject the structures that we used to rely upon. It is both an act of rebellion and creation (by creative and deviant types). It is saying "We don't want to live by those terms anymore. We want to be measured by our own." If I understand you correctly, your answer to this is chaos and fragmentation is to focus inward to our 'core', attempting to filter out the 'noise' of group identity. The problem here is that people want to adhere to groups, as at our core we are tribal. It is instinctual to form tribes. It makes sense from an evolutionary standpoint. So the deeper we peer into ourselves, the more we realize how integral that 'programming' is. The universal function (or purpose, if you prefer) of life is to survive, at least long enough to reproduce. You might be able to survive outside of the tribe for a period of time, having 'found' yourself apart from certain influences, but as a whole it is death. People resist this kind of practice that you describe because it simulates a death of sort. It is painful to set oneself apart from the group, without any other group to replace it. And for good reason, for being without would have likely meant literal death for much of our history.

Why do men need to cater fully towards women? From what I can tell, both sides need to be contious of their needs and short comings and be geniuine.

Maybe they shouldn't be poking? You ever hear of the saying don't poke the bear- Oh, wait... I should leave the poor bears out of this. They've had it rough lately.

I agree - take action. Engage. However, a 15 minute a day meditation practice (for example) may be helpful and keep you sharp.

You mention pool..billiards...I have this same sense of "oneness" where nothing else matters and my shooting is more focused and accurate. I think they call this the flow state. Meditation in motion?

Great video and I know exactly what you mean. What I find is that society itself is anti-masculine which forces us to try and conform. Things like the expression of anger are highly penalized.

Freedom to express yourself authentically is liberating and is very challenging for many. Great to hear your perspectives on this as many need to know how quickly your life can change if you are your authentic self!

Great advice, I can totally relate to this. I had challenges being me during dates but I found being my authentic self was the best for both parties to be able to genuine and see if there’s a real connection. 🙏🏽
