Service schedule for the spark plugs on the 5 cylinder turbo engine is 30,000kms (19,000mi) or every 6 years under normal driving conditions. If the vehicle is used in harsh environments, towing or race conditions this will bring the service interval down significantly.

Did you do this on a fully cold engine? Or best to warm it up? Thanks

This was on a cold engine which was started for approximately 1min to move it. If the spark plugs are difficult to remove then you can warm the engine up for several minutes.
