Love your videos. I now put collagen in my coffee and use retinol serum and vitamin c serum. I also use meaningful beauty. I didn’t have a face regimen until I started watching you a year or 2 ago. I also now take women’s centrum multi vitamins

Hey queen! So drinking ginger straight up isn’t the best option since it’s so potent. I recommend blending up ginger with coconut water and that will make a better drink for you! (My grandma taught me this trick)😉

That happened to me 30 years ago at a really nice park in Scottsdale. I could even see the car from the volleyball courts. So stressful. I learned to always lock things in the trunk or leave on the floor with grocery bags covering. So upsetting. Sorry that happened to you.

Hey I love your videos! I have a question about Haircare, nobody has gave me a proper answer but I’m hoping I can find out. I really want my hair to not look so dull and dry, my ends get dry and my scalp becomes very oily. I am trying to focus on scalp care but I’m struggling to find an oil I like. Coconut oil is way to heavy in my very thick hair, I struggle to get it out. And I have found olive oil makes my hair dry. Similar to avocado oil and honey. Would you happen to have any recommendations? I would really appreciate it! I don’t use heat on my hair and my hair is very thick 💛

the celery clogs it, i had a brevelle which was great & affordable but i switched to the nama well juicer. so much simpler to clean. the brevelle is great though for those that need a durable, lower priced juicer. 😁

Just add a splash of the ginger that you juiced into other juices that you drink: like like the green juice that you made/or the grapefruit juice that you bought/etc. Otherwise it’s a bit too strong and unpalatable when drinking it straight on. But if you want to try and drink it like that, then I would add some 🍏/🍇/etc in order to help sweeten it just a bit

Sarah, have you left BC to live in the US? I know another Canadian channel where her family moved from Ontario to Hawaii. But I miss your condo/apt because it was so Zen!! Sorry about your bag 🙁 tweakers run the west coast hence why people are leaving (among other reasons) to the eastern southern states. Maybe add some water to your ginger juice and a little raw honey.

Hi, may I ask which animal foods do you eat in addition to eggs? Do you eat fish or meat? I remember you form your vegan days... 😊 I hope you can answer, would help me terribly. I think that was a really scummy thing for that person (or any person) to do, whatever reason they may have had... I can totally imagine your situation must have been downright awful that being all of your important, valuable, and private information exposed and in the hands of some criminal stranger.
