My husband and I are in our early sixties and we enjoy working out with you ladies. Obviously we don't follow high cardio or hitt, but love your weight training sessions.
Was SO sweaty by the end! Felt good though. I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but THANK YOU for always having the modified exercises! Sometimes that is helpful to motivate me to workout! My knee also thank you!
Really enjoyed this bootcamp class. I actually did a 30 min class with you and then took a mini break and did this one, so kinda like doing an hr long class. 😂 Now I'm going to find one of your stretch workouts.
