Both PM and Orm would've been perfectly fine as Gold characters,neither do anything that means they should be Legendary and at least players could actually have them at a decent level as Gold so they would be somewhat usable

If they wanna see Peacemaker's supermove, they can use Hush or Red Hood.
As other people have said, please try Black adam or hawkman with puppet or twin blade
You can try to use Book of Souls with Peacemaker to increase duration of Peace Shield
Try putting Beta Club on Black Adam, it should be great with that dmg bonuses + you deal dmg even if PM is tagged in
Try puppet on rokba, solo artifact on pm and hm
Kamidogu dagger still looses combo meter when u block a speical

Do yall put one choas artifact on ur character or 3 i wonder if they stack?
They do stack but it isn’t optimal to use three solo artifacts. It’s better to use a damage dealing artifact on your damage dealer (dmc, puppet, crown etc) and then one or two solo artis on supports.
Put puppet on peacemaker and spam 3rd special?

dont have gemstone currently also that is irelevant since gemstone can even pull orm out of the grave

Sucks. He's not a main damage dealer. Save your gems/money for someone better.
