50 ml vodka for every 100 g chocolate melted
pour 50 ml choc liquor + 25 ml vodka + 50 ml cream + ice
shake

1st try: Mozart Chocolate Liqueur + Cream
2nd try: Molten chocolate liqueur + Coconut Milk
Both were delicious. Approved!

Yupp, this will be made! I'll also do another one with an orange-flavoured chocolate and add a dash of ciontreau, see how it turns out. Or maybe a cherry chocolate and add some Kirsch

Just a thought. If we use normal milk (not soya milk or cream), wont it "spoil" after adding alcohol. I heard that alcohol and (pure) milk don't go pretty well unlike alcohol+cream etc
How do i store it? Had it in the fridge for a day now and it turned into nutella xD

Hi Simone, I tried this and I found that the chocolate sauce separated after mixing in vodka and cream, the result of my cocktail is not good, gritty texture =( Why is that?

Hi Maryam, it definitely works best with vodka but feel free to experiment with other spirits. Probably best to test it in smaller batches first though to make sure you like it.
