Travis Pastrana's Motocross Career Highlights

This is a video documentary of Travis Pastrana's Professional Motocross Racing Career. I think to many its a forgotten fact that Travis Pastrana was one of the Top riders in his day. He burst into the scene in 2000 where he picked up multiple wins in the 125cc Supercross class in his rookie season. He followed that up with an even more impressive 125cc Pro Motocross Championship where he came back from a 40 point deficit to win the championship by 2 points! Incredible! I 2001 Travis moved up to the 250cc in Supercross where he would battle the likes of Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Carmichael, and many more. Unfortunately he would pull out of the season and race the 125cc East Coast Supercross Championship, which he would win, dominating the championship. Pastrana had a huge points lead but would lose it with a series of bad crashes and concussions. 2002 Pastrana moved up to the 250cc class full time and would show he was one of the top guys, battling Carmichael and David Vuillemin tooth and nail. He would get epstien-barr mid season and have to pull out of the Supercross series. The rest of his racing career was full of injuries and bad luck, but Travis still showed people that he was one of the best, it just didn't show on paper. Overall it was a great career in my opinion and Travis showed he was as good as anyone when he was on the track.
