After days of searching for some helpful seat delete tips, this is by far the best tutorial I seen. Very helpful will be making my own custom seat delete in my 07 mustang 👍
Incredible! The best tutorial video on this subject! The most important part (making the template) was always skipped in the other videos. Thanks man!!
Not the content i came here for, but it looks like you've taken the clear, effective style you use for youtube tutorials and brought it to car mod stuff.
Yeah I tried to get a video of the audio, but the subs are wired with the correct harness now. They hit so hard it just sounds like crap on a recorded video lol
I'm planing out a system build in my 07 dts I am deleting the rear seat to put a custom box for 2 x15v3 sundown!! I have been looking for a video on how to do this all day looks doable I might need to make Mine a little bit more sturdy hope your system sounds good
@@AsukaYenOSRS it has helped me alot to understand how it's done I think it's even going to be a nice spot for my Amp to mount to until I get a bigger Amp and another box and 15
Did you leave the sub's running as free air speakers, or did you enclose them? How does it sound? Can you do a follow up if you still has this set up? I'm looking for ideas, and I like this. I'd like to still have some use of my trunk. Looks good by the way👍🏾
The subs are open air and yes I still have them in. The trunk acts as a great box. Although there’s much more air volume in the trunk instead of the correct sized box, they still hit really hard. They’re 1200w subs with a 1600w mono amp.
@@AsukaYenOSRS does the air from your sub's and the air from your rear deck 6x8 fight against each other? I've always had my sub's in boxes, so wondered if ppl ran thru rear deck speakers when they have open air sub's
@@liveryt3506 sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately when I bought the car, the Mach sound system was gone. The previous owner had cheap aftermarket speakers and replaced everything. All running through one 1200W amp. It was a nightmare to fix. So now I only have the door tweeters, 6x9s in the door and the rear deck and the subs. Sounds better than the Mach though lol.
Sounds great. It uses the trunk as the box. Although there’s way more air volume in the trunk than the recommended box size, I haven’t noticed a difference in sound quality since I took them out of the box and did this. If anything, the sound is more balanced.
At 10:16 into your video it shows a black brace going across the back end of the seat well where you drill the two holes in your bottom panel for two bolts. My Early 2001 GT does not have that brace. Do you think it was taken out or never had it? Looks like I will need to make one up out of aluminum. Thanks
I’d have to say it was removed then. But I’m not sure why. It’s part of the rear seat bracket. I actually had two, 2001 mustangs before my current one, and they both had the bracket you’re missing.
I wanna do this to mine now so bad lol, but do you think it’s possible to still be able to make the back rest fold down so if you want more trunk space it’s still an option?
It should, yes. The 94 Mustang was the first year of the SN-95 body style which ran from 94-04. With all cars, there may be some tweaking or small changes, but it should be pretty close to the exact same.
I seen your reply on the other comment about doing a video on everything you've done to it when you get it how you want. It looks sick from what I can see. I have a 86 foxbody that I love
Eh not really. I don’t do too many videos with the Mustang. I just did this one because I couldn’t find good instructions on making a rear seat delete, so I made one.

Nice! It'll be a little different for the build, but same concept. Good luck!
I was definitely not expecting this

I've never thought of that copper wire. .. this is one of the best videos I've seen... thanks bro
Hahahaha I respect the confidence to post a car video to a RuneScape channel
Thanks for making such a great video on this!
Ooh Camaro guy here, much love to you brother, beautiful pony
Dude this was awesome, really useful knowledge that could apply to seat deleting a lot of cars
CAME OUT REALLY GOOD.

Pawg. Love me a nice sound system. Got 2 12s in a sealed box in my whip. Love the 99-04 body for the mustangs!
Great job looks great 👍 I’m gonna be getting my sn95 started now I have a guide to work with thanks 🙏
It would be nice to hear the finished product, but other than that super dope content bro. Keep making videos you enjoy

This is a fantastic idea
Chris’ skills are maxed IRL too!
I love this context as a mix up, great.
Best video for a delete I've seen. Nice job. THANKS!
Asuka does it all!
Awesome job. Very good explanation, Very detailed.
I want to do this for my challenger
Great video man, very informative.
Yo man, Keep Killin it!
Now is it an open air concempt in the back behind the delete in the trunk?
Loved it . Looks awesome
Thanks!

System sounds great. Yeah this video is for the new edge mustangs but it’s really the same concept for everything. Just different dimensions.
@@AsukaYenOSRS it has helped me alot to understand how it's done I think it's even going to be a nice spot for my Amp to mount to until I get a bigger Amp and another box and 15
I used to have an SN95 so I thought an old channel I was subbed to uploaded lol
Random content but awesome content bro. Big petrol head id watch more of this/second channel
Sick bro!!!!!
How does it sound any rattle?

Gonna blast some sea shanty 2?
Absolutely.

Need a collaboration with King Condor, both play RS and both have Mustang videos
Big condy owns this guy boi

Is this a crafting guide? Where do I start?
Construction video.

I’m sure there would be a way to do it, but it would definitely take some more planning and parts.
Does this work on rs3 as well?
Does this work on a 94 mustang

Trying it out already did the bottom piece but it has a gap on side
2 studs? i count 3 studs in the car 10:21
After you get it wired up do a video so we can see it in action
I tried taking a video of the audio, but it’s terribly distorted.

Irl quick tips
have you considere a second chnnel ? could work.
Eh not really. I don’t do too many videos with the Mustang. I just did this one because I couldn’t find good instructions on making a rear seat delete, so I made one.
@@AsukaYenOSRS was just a idea like that :) thnx for answering
Highly suggest making a second channel for these videos bud.
Eh. No reason really. I don’t make enough videos like this to warrant a second channel.
first
Great job looks great 👍 I’m gonna be getting my sn95 started now I have a guide to work with thanks 🙏
