Alright, everyone in a poll I put up seemed all in favor - here is my old contest entry to SobaInu, featuring their characters Kage, Anti-Kage, and Yuki. Put up public for whoever may be feeling nostalgic for some edgy wolves!

For those who have never seen this before, SobaInu put out an AMV/animation contest in 2011, where fans of their character Kage could animate him doing whatever they wanted. I am STILL a huge fan of SobaInu and this character, and I dedicated several months with windows movie maker and MS Paint to do a full-out AMV for an entry. I won first place!
The old channel this was uploaded on was deleted - I wiped out absolutely everything, and had very few of my animations on a backup drive. I thought this was gone for good, until I decided to just out and ask SobaInu if they happened to still have this, as my family and some old supporters of mine alike terribly missed it. And, obviously, they did! Without them saving this, it'd be lost to time. I regret not holding onto more of my older works, it's lucky this one still happened to be floating around.

Oh my god I was OBSESSED with Kage as a kid . You literally inspired all my dark anime wolf type characters.(that I no longer have physical Art of anymore... Just images in my brain) Thank you for doing your thing 💕💚🌌☄️

Kage was huge inspiration for me too! SobaInu’s art still does. Not many artists are still active after so long, I’m glad Kage is still around!
I definitely recommend tagging them when you post the art and letting them know you were inspired by them, I’m sure that’d make them really happy.
