The headdress was decorated with threads of precious stones, which indicated an aristocratic origin. Sometimes the beads matched the color of the robes. Depending on the type of thread, the beads could tell about position.
ahh.. I am glad you mentioned the Felix manga or manhwa, I always thought that was one of the coolest transitions along with the Bintro manga/manhwa and the Lee Know ones with him turning into one and also pulling the others out of thin air... The editors no actually the whole production team are worth the big bucks I sure that they are paid.. Thanks for the info on Binnie's Gat hat.. that nuggets going into the Stayville post-it library.. and laptop energy.. Chan.. perfect.. abs... grass... now... bai.. 🖖🏽😁
Stray Kids released a behind-the-scenes video of the making of this music video, and if I remember correctly, pretty much the whole music video was filmed in the same traditional-looking village. They must moved from area to area for the different shots. I'd recommend the behind-the-scenes video, if you'd be interested in that. It's really cool to see the process, but it also gives you a chance to see the personalities of the members a bit.
If you’re still feeling Halloween vibes at some point in the future. Venom music video has a lot of thriller vibes (thriller as in the sub genre of horror, not thriller as in MJ and zombies).
SKZOO thunderous is iconic!!! 😂 If you don’t know, SKZOO is their brand. They each have a representative animal, which is the costume they are wearing. They sell SKZOO merchandise. I think you need to get Wolf Chan! 🐺😁
One of the things that blows my mind is just how physically fit members of kpop groups must be in order to perform all these choreographies. They are bloody athletes!
The SKZoo version, that gives you a taste of what the guys are really like 😂😂😂 They are so unserious and chaotic and absolutely hilarious. Thank you! You had me crying laughing by the end--we've seen it so many times. It was nice to be reminded how funny it all is.
You were curious about the camera man moving around during the vampire dance practice. They do just move around like that, they don't really zoom or anything. If you watch any fan filmed clips from their concerts you'll see that for a lot of their songs they'll have a camera man on the stage with them following them around. Its hard to explain why without writing a whole essay but if you search "Skz Backdoor dominate stage" you'll see their stage for Backdoor this tour and see why they need the camera man.
FAN-F’ING-TASTIC reaction video. I guess I’m one of the “real ones” because I was laughing as hard as you were at the end. Thank you for this amazing Halloween themed reaction video! Well done!! ❤❤❤
Real, not CGI, and there's another mv (s-class) where it looks like A LOT of scenes have CGI, but the majority of that mv it's real , and it blew everyone's minds. Thanks for the reaction btw xD hilarious
I've said it before but I'll say it again lol you do youtube in a fun way, and you add insightful and genuine commentary the brown animal is a quokka and that's Han, one of 3racha, another member behind the music
Okay, Tony...we need to know what part of the country you live in so we can manifest a SKZ tour stop near you next year. And we all need to chip in so you can get tickets to see them in person!! You are our kind of people!!
Stray Kids hardly uses green screen, I recommend you watch "Thunderous MV Making Film" it's the behind the scenes of the MV, you will know how the scenes are made and they even explain the concept of the MV, not only of Thunderous but also of the other MVS, 95% of them can watch behind the scenes, it's on their channel
Yes! (But on a side note, I'm already cracking up imagining him watching THAT one clip in the Thunderous MV making, which is included pretty much in all of their funny moments compilations lmao😭😭)
So the SKZOOS are the animal representation of each of the, and they sell merch of them, Chan (laptop guy) is a wolf, Lee Know is a rabbit, Changbin (laptop guy 2) is a pig-rabbit, Hynunjin is a ferret, Han (laptop guy 3) is a quokka, Félix is a chick, Seungmin is a dog, and I.N is a fox, and if I remember corrictly they have done múltiple videos wearing those costumes, hoped you like to see this sillly side of them.
Back to add: they have more "official" dance practice videos for most of their main tracks and then they sometimes will do more stylized, fun, or different versions, such as this vampire version or the skzoo one...one time they switched parts...they did one in suits, etc. Yes, they had to do it over and over for the MV - there're some cool behind the scenes videos about making their music videos, if ever interested. The additional dance reactions made my whole night. Ty!! Triple Thunderous Thursday YESS PLSSSSS
As you can see Stray Kids have an A-FUCKING-MAZING sense of humor! Dude they are so hilariously funny, on top of being genius musicians and artists, not to mention just really good humans.😢 They absolutely DO NOT take themselves too seriously and will do anything to make their fans laugh and have a good time - including dancing an intricate choreo while in a goddamn furry costume! 🤣
So almost every kpop band has mascot/teddy versions of themselves and we love it. Each skzoo represents an animal character that in turn represents a member. Ateez have aniteez and dressed up as well which was equally hilarious. I love that kpop doesn't take itself too seriously and has fun themes and fun songs.
I love how you analyze the MV similar to the way you analyze their music. I tend to miss a lot of the production details of the MV because I’m too busy watching the choreography/visuals. Your reactions always give me a new perspective! 😄
Re: eye patch...usually, if you see a kpop member with an eye patch, it means they either have an eye infection or a stye. With all the makeup, sweat, contacts, and long hours, I'm kinda surprised it doesn't happen more often. Bang Chan (laptop guy) recently had a stye in one eye...and shortly after recovery, he had one in both eyes that he ended up having surgically removed.
Its killing me that he didn't notice till 2 minutes in that Bang Chan hadn't been wearing a shirt most of the MV. Yes Chan is shredded. You should see his stage solo for the world tour they're currently doing. When I say my jaw DROPPED when I saw it live both times I mean it.
Laptop guy IS shredded😏 Him and Felix, the aussies, are having an ab-off lol. Most kpop idols are pretty fit though- the Korean beauty standards basically require celebrities to be very thin or very athletic looking. Mix the insane diets they stay on, dance heavy practice schedules that can go 6-14 hours basically every day for years, and near constant touring 2-3 hour setlists… they stay in insane athletic shape. And you know what hobby a lot of them pick up in their “spare time”👁👁👁… working out😭 Personally, Id take a nap, but to each their own. They are on location here, its a famous Korean shooting location but Im blanking on the name. They were trying to show off their culture here with the set, some of the traditional clothing, and some of the intruments in the song. They do a lot of practical effects rather than CGI or green screen, so they’re usually on set and film morning to night for 3-5 days in the videos of their lead singles. They can’t completely escape green screen and digital effects, but they do what they can to be as authentic as possible. They don’t skimp on the music video budget since they bring in enough revenue to cover it. Instead of pocketing it the goal is to bring the songs to life visually- which helps connect the foreign audience to it that much more. Insane song + insane visuals = virality smoothie. And that is a decently popular thing in kpop- the use of practical effects and spending the extra time on location instead of doing quick work and leaving it to editors. Depends on the artist and the budget, but even the low budget videos tend to have a lot of effort as to provide that full package effect desired in kpop. And those things are why people are so pushy to react to MV’s and dance practices. They spend the majority of their time in the dance rooms working themselves like crazy. Note: those TV’s are for them to watch film and revise their own performances essentially. These groups can go years without a single day off, working through the holiday’s if they’re asked to. Often times moving to live in their company dorms as young teenagers and rarely seeing their own families. It’s super cut throat and at the core of that is the dancing and performance aspect. To stay in shape for it and to be skilled and clean at what they’re doing, they grind unreasonably. It’s obvi quite controversial because they’re being asked to be in dance practice in double digit hours every day (SKZ used to practice until 5AM while half of them were still expected to go to high school right after) and then diet excessively. They dont believe in breaks, and theyre hard to come by since their industry moves so quickly. It’s why its so insane that they’re self produced & this prolific. It’s a special type of disclipline. Mind boggling. All of this effort comes to fruition in these 3minute MV’s and broadcast performances that they have so much pride in, understandably. But basically they go to insane lengths to be music video and performance ready and that’s why they also push to do most of it practical if they can. They believe you see the full package best then, and its rubbed off on the audience. So giving the videos a watch after you’re comfortable with the songs is awesome, theyll be thankful if they come across it- which many of them do love to watch reaction videos. I hope one them does, they’d appreciate your wit. It will get blocked immediately on youtube, but now that you have a patreon, the LALALALA performance on Music Bank from KBS is fantastic. ruclips.net/video/mgnzMiqdzKA/видео.htmlsi=qtCiqie47z_EFQE_ Makes me tired. Or their Lollapalooza set which you know all but 1 of the songs of by now. ruclips.net/video/1eN60n2nQYg/видео.htmlsi=kOa0lfj__H79JlVv . It’s the official broadcast version so it’s solid
What a well rounded overview of how hard working these guys are and how much effort they put out to bring joy to their fans and we appreciate all that hard work. I hope you copy/paste this somewhere so you can share with others. You can add this nugget to your Ted Talk from Stay @JAMoore-zz3ki that they " filmed in large part at a historic city [w/very old buildings] called Mungyeong. There's a movie set there called "Mungyeongsaejae Open Set" where a lot of historical dramas are filmed." [its mention in the bts of the Making Film MVs].. and laptop guy IS shredded... 🖖🏽😁
I was crying from how hard you were laughing. Then "oh and a foot, f%$# me, jesus" That killed me. I haven't laughed that hard in a while and I needed it. Thank You!
The thing about Stray Kids is that they are absolutely serious and dedicated when it comes to their craft, still working so hard to always improve, to always be happier with themselves and their skills. Then 99% of the rest of the time they're just big nerdy goodballs. 😂
Man even though I've watched the Skzoo version a billion times, I still laughed with you until it hurt! Thanks for the great reactions. I also love that Chan's laptop is your bias 🤣
30 minutes long??? Ohhhh, I see - hahahahahaaaaaaaaa! dude that's so awesome,Tony, this is gonna be fun 😆 btw "Laptop guy is friggen shredded", you got that right! and yes, that's Chan (Chris)
One thing about Stray Kids is that they are hilarious absolutely natural comedians. They aleays do things like the SK Zoo version to make Stay laugh. Side note they each have a representative animal for plushies and emojis. Han is a quokka.
Yay! I was hoping you'd watch this one. The "necklace" is a modern interpretation of part of traditional historical Korean garb for noble men. The whole video is a nod to Korean culture. Also orange hair guy is guy with the laptop Mr. Bang Chan. Black and white things are Baduk pieces (Korean name for a game you might know as Go). Edit 2: They might actually be drums for a specific type of event, so maybe just look that one up i can't be trusted. Edit: I'm fucking WHEEZING I forgot about the skzoo version
If you love Stray Kids dissing the haters you should definitely check out the video for Cheese. I know you haven’t gotten into the English translations much but that is literally what the entire song is about. I know you get overstimulated trying to both read translations and watch the video but for that one I would suggest maybe just reading the lyrics before watching the video. Either way great video hope you react to it.
I think one of the most underrated (under noticed?) transitions is going into the second verse where Felix's pose (after he says "We don't play by the rules") turns into a comic book picture in the book that Hyunjin is holding and closes really quickly. I've only heard one reactor say anything about it. Go back and see if you can find it. They are SO AMAZING! All their hidden gems are super fun! Thank you for your videos! And thank you for including your puppy!
Its me sub 97.. thank you again for taking us down the rabbit hole with you. I think most of Stayville covered most of the major details but I found a little nugget from my Stayville library from everything from Stay @RM_formerlyjustRMbutYTsucks: - I'm sure someone already mentioned it, but "I'm not sorry, I'm dirty." is also a play on words. Sorry [= 소리꾼] is like sori.. meaning sound or noise. And dirty is Aussie slang for angry. So the line also means "I'm not noisy, I'm pissed off." ["sori," which sounds almost the same as sorry when it's being spoken by the two Australians who do that part]. Two of them are native English speakers [Chan & Felix], & two more have a serious love of wordplay [Binnie & Han], so they make use of Korean/English puns & wordplay in almost every song. The English title is indeed "Thunderous," but the Korean title, "소리꾼" [“sorikkun,”] technically translates as something like "singer" or "sound-maker" but more specifically connotes a traditional type of Korean singer who performs a particular noise-making, storytelling role. This is SKZ tying themselves to traditional Korean artistic/performance history & declaring themselves the next iteration of masters of artistic "noise." Because of all the constant harassment & derision SKZ received for making "noise music" & not being in line with mainstream Korean tastes/not being "Korean enough." So they went all in on making this the most Korean song & vid they've ever done & they used the tools of traditional Korean artistic sound-making that has centuries of history of being "noise". 3Racha basically said that "our very culture embraces this history of noise, and we're doing the same and will even show you by using those ancient instruments and [in one rap section] flows, so KMA." 🖖🏽😁 PS: I 💓SKZoo OT8 bias line..
SKZoos are the animal representative of each member,! It fits their personality! Like Han is a quokka/ squirrel, because when he eats he holds his food in his cheeks, Chan is the wolf, because he's strong and brave & the leader, etc! Buying SKZoo merch is a HUGE money maker.
I feel like they were able to keep a straight face because they don't take themselves too seriously. Their music? They take that very seriously but under all that idol professionalism, they themselves are just a bunch funny stray kids 😆
I dont have much to comment on everytime you post, but ive been here since you posted your very first stray kids album, hope to see more suprises in the future! 🎉
Kpop stars frequently get sties in their eyes due to long contact lens wear, the patches are to protect the eye and if medication is used, hold it in place. Each Skzoo is the animated version of each member. (also Furries have full face coverage in their suits this is more mascot-esque) Bang Chan: WolfChan (wolf) Lee Know: Leebit (rabbit) Changbin: Dwaekki (pig rabbit, he created the creature himself
Fricking awesome! I’ve got a house guest and was trying to quietly watch this after they went to bed. By the time I got to the SKZoos I was howling, no attempt made to be quiet! I can’t believe you watched that, thanks for the dopamine 😂. Oh yeah, brown skzoo was Han in a quocka costume. He brings it no matter what he’s doing, even if he’s in back and can’t be seen, he’s giving it 100%.
Thank you so much for the good laught 😂 my cheeks hurts, there's really A LOT to see in the skzoo video, for real ! Stray Kids is the most weird and hilarious group of people when they're not on serious professional mode. Infinite thanks too for paying attention to all the details and remarking the amount of care and sweat they put in their work, it's HUGE. And they very rarely use green screen by the way. You can take a sneak peak at the M/V making film video on your free time... Waiting for your next video 👍
The Stray Kids members have representative animals assigned to them. They're called Skzoo and there's a whole line of merch and plushies. Bang Chan - Wolfchan - a wolf, because he's the leader "of the pack" Lee Know - Leebit - a rabbit, because his front teeth remind people of a rabbit Changbin - Dwaekki - rabbit+pig, stays correct me if I'm wrong but it's because he was trying to make a rabbit clay statue and it came out looking like a pig with rabbit ears, right? Hyunjin - Jiniret - a ferret, because ferrets are long and he's the tallest in skz and they move smoothly and Hyunjin is part of danceracha Han - Han Quokka - a quokka, because his cheeks make him look like one Felix - Bbokari - a chicken, because he's always been called a baby chick Seungmin - PuppyM - a dog, because fans have always associated him with a puppy I.N - Foxl.Ny - a fox, because people often said he resembles a fox Unofficially Chan also gets associated with kangaroos, Lee Know with cats, Hyunjin with llamas and Han with squirrels
If you don't like it when I add surprises to the videos - or hide videos. This channel is not for you.

2:19 - about "necklace" - i don't know why they put Gatkeun (gatkyn) on his cap. this threads usually for "Gat" - a Korean traditional hat worn by men during the Joseon Dynasty.

Frrrr I LOVED the thunderous mv behind. There were so many hyunbin crumbs (my 2 biases) and the whole wiping each others butt thing is so iconic 💀
Tony finding out chan is shredded. He should definitely watch his solo stage "Railway" for their current dominATE tour
@@QueenRacha86 nooooo no he shouldn't 😂🫣
@CBSPBJ1 Hahaha it is definitely between noooooo and yessssss lol but I mean I'll definitely watch it again for him🫣🤣
If you’re still feeling Halloween vibes at some point in the future. Venom music video has a lot of thriller vibes (thriller as in the sub genre of horror, not thriller as in MJ and zombies).
I second and third this
I fourth and fifth it
sixth and seventh this.
SKZOO thunderous is iconic!!! 😂
If you don’t know, SKZOO is their brand. They each have a representative animal, which is the costume they are wearing.
They sell SKZOO merchandise. I think you need to get Wolf Chan! 🐺😁
He watched the Skzoos 🤣🤣 that’s a real stay right there
One of the things that blows my mind is just how physically fit members of kpop groups must be in order to perform all these choreographies. They are bloody athletes!
I was in tears by the end of the SKZOO reaction 😂😂
Me too!
Well done!! ❤❤❤
9:45 YESSSS THATS LAPTOP GUY BANGCHAN
The very serious faces underneath the stupid big eyeballs and giant heads gets me everytime
i always laugh so hard when i watch the skzoo version man its so goofy 😭😭😭😭
THIS is why I am loving your reactions! The SKZoo video?!?!?!?! WHAT a treat to watch you enjoy that!!! LOL
Happy to be spending my Halloween here with you Tony! ❤
Happy Halloween! 🎃
@@tonystocco relaxing with you now that I’ve scrubbed off all my blue body paint 😂. Happy Halloween back 🎃!
“Don’t do the thrusting in those costumes…” I’m dying 😹😹😹
you have no idea how big my smile was when i saw you posted another skz MV reaction, daily dose of happiness right there!
the dance practice vampire ver. and skzoo performance? fucking amazing lol
made my day
I love your content. Your insights, the thumbnails, your tongue-in-cheek sense of humor... Carry on, sir.
Real, not CGI, and there's another mv (s-class) where it looks like A LOT of scenes have CGI, but the majority of that mv it's real , and it blew everyone's minds.
Thanks for the reaction btw xD hilarious
I've said it before but I'll say it again lol you do youtube in a fun way, and you add insightful and genuine commentary
the brown animal is a quokka and that's Han, one of 3racha, another member behind the music
@@luv_stray1888 them after they got their pants dirty from sitting on the floor? 😭😭😭
@@isabela1056 Yes 😭😭😭 “I've seen it all”~ Lee Know (2021)
The best tricks-and-treats we could've gotten. Thank you 😂
So the SKZOOS are the animal representation of each of the, and they sell merch of them, Chan (laptop guy) is a wolf, Lee Know is a rabbit, Changbin (laptop guy 2) is a pig-rabbit, Hynunjin is a ferret, Han (laptop guy 3) is a quokka, Félix is a chick, Seungmin is a dog, and I.N is a fox, and if I remember corrictly they have done múltiple videos wearing those costumes, hoped you like to see this sillly side of them.
@@lindhat Maniac has that zombie dance practice version as well. They have such a fun time with that as well. 🙃
Bang Chan (laptop guy) recently had a stye in one eye...and shortly after recovery, he had one in both eyes that he ended up having surgically removed.
never in a gazillion years i would think i'd live to see Tony pause the skz video to appreciate Chan's abs, but here we are
Its killing me that he didn't notice till 2 minutes in that Bang Chan hadn't been wearing a shirt most of the MV. Yes Chan is shredded. You should see his stage solo for the world tour they're currently doing. When I say my jaw DROPPED when I saw it live both times I mean it.
He Is the most Genuine reactor out there so far and I love it!
lmao 😂 the way you picked out Chan
Ok, I am a bad punster and mostly ridiculous, but I have NOT laughed that hard in AGES! Wicked!!!
Tony's "serious guy" character got annihilated during the SKZoo version 😂 Loved all three reactions, thank you.
I love your sense of humour and how you make every video exciting and fresh! Knew when i saw the length of the video, love it 😌👌
also....petition for us stays to pitch in and make tony see skz live in their next leg of the dominATE tour? 👀
Thank You!
Thank you for the absolute fucking GIFT that is ending with SKZoo!!! ☠️☠️☠️
30:25 Ofc I would watch this far it's a freaking Tony video, like I'd miss this pshhh
27:53 Go Quokka Go Quokka. Han serving some serious bad ass energy hahaha 😂
Also, love the way you're 'dusting off the haters' with each sneaky pause between videos lmao 😂👌
Some people don't like it when I'm sneaky and hide videos. This channel is not for those people.
Love seeing how you get to enjoy the "professional entertainers" side of Stray Kids as well, besides the awesome music
Im only 9 min in but I wanted to comment that Yip, all the sets are real! They're at an historical location.
Remind me who that was.... AR? I recall that reaction and was stunned when the comic was paused!
If you want to see simple (no sets) dance performances, the Studio Choom versions are beautifully shot.
Its me sub 97.. thank you again for taking us down the rabbit hole with you. I think most of Stayville covered most of the major details but I found a little nugget from my Stayville library from everything from Stay @RM_formerlyjustRMbutYTsucks:
- I'm sure someone already mentioned it, but "I'm not sorry, I'm dirty." is also a play on words.
Omg, the mental breakdown you went through watching the skzoo version 😂 i am ACTUALLY crying, this was epic. You made my day 😂
23:30 i thought the third one is going to be maniac zombie version dance practice but i definitely did NOT expect thunderous skzoo version 😭
But boy am I glad it was the skzoo version 'cause Tony reacting to it was funny AF 🤣🤣
same!
MV, Dance Practice and SKZOO? I've never been so happy to see a video first thing in the morning!
These sets are "royal palaces" in Korea some of which named Gyeongbokgung, Deoksugung, and Changdeokgung ^-^
I'm brazilian and this video is perfect .Stray kids, practice the english and laugh 😂 and sorry for the bad english i am still learning
Hello Ruth from Brazil! Thank you for watching and commenting! Glad you enjoyed the video. 😊
Your reaction to skzoo version made me laugh so much!! 😂😂 Love it!
(also Furries have full face coverage in their suits this is more mascot-esque)
Bang Chan: WolfChan (wolf)
Lee Know: Leebit (rabbit)
Changbin: Dwaekki (pig rabbit, he created the creature himself
Fricking awesome! I’ve got a house guest and was trying to quietly watch this after they went to bed. By the time I got to the SKZoos I was howling, no attempt made to be quiet! I can’t believe you watched that, thanks for the dopamine 😂.
Oh yeah, brown skzoo was Han in a quocka costume. He brings it no matter what he’s doing, even if he’s in back and can’t be seen, he’s giving it 100%.
Yup. Right lyrics or wrong ones, right language or wrong....😂
Bang Chan - Wolfchan - a wolf, because he's the leader "of the pack"
Lee Know - Leebit - a rabbit, because his front teeth remind people of a rabbit
Changbin - Dwaekki - rabbit+pig, stays correct me if I'm wrong but it's because he was trying to make a rabbit clay statue and it came out looking like a pig with rabbit ears, right?
Hyunjin - Jiniret - a ferret, because ferrets are long and he's the tallest in skz and they move smoothly and Hyunjin is part of danceracha
Han - Han Quokka - a quokka, because his cheeks make him look like one
Felix - Bbokari - a chicken, because he's always been called a baby chick
Seungmin - PuppyM - a dog, because fans have always associated him with a puppy
I.N - Foxl.Ny - a fox, because people often said he resembles a fox
Unofficially Chan also gets associated with kangaroos, Lee Know with cats, Hyunjin with llamas and Han with squirrels
9:40 Ahahaha I said this re: “my boy with the laptop” the other day but yes, you’re really in it now, welcome and godspeed 😅❤
