The dirty white house had some loose siding. Use a siding zip tool to unhook the sheet and renail the sheet. I bet a years pay that the siding crew missed the studs and after time the nails work loose and it looks like hell. I do everything lol.

That is correct Generally speaking, when we downstream, we use a 50/50 mix; when we softwash, we use a 1-1.2% mix.

Legit question… I noticed the over spray in the grass when you sauced the steps and walls, but you didn’t drenched the grass with fresh water. Was that a weak sauce, do you have some type additive or….
great question, and you are right, the sauce is not strong enough, but also, there is a lot of rinsing that happens there at the end so there's no need to over do it with the water.
