Your right about pricing. I’ve worked for myself for over 35 years and finally just about over the last 3 years I went up on my prices each year and now average $120 to $150 an hour this past year. More than double from 3 or 4 years ago. But took me a long time to build relationships with these customers that I get that with. I have had one customer for 10 years, another for 20, and another for 30. I always did say, that if I wasn’t making enough money, I had no one else but me to blame, since I’m the one that gives the price. That being said, it took me many years before going up on price as I didn’t want to lose the customers I already had, and because of that, not one has complained about the 100% increase on the price because they still se the value in it. If you don’t know what you worth, no one else Is going to tell you what that number is

this might be a crazy idea but imagine a app where people could lvl up earn badges to keep on track etc say you wash 50 houses you get a badge for it and become a lvl2 then say 100 house wash lvl3 150 lvl 4 etc people upload there jobs after they do them

Just got my state license two days ago and have all the equipment. I've been doing it for a month and half and haven't had very many customers. I'm barley ten minutes into the video, and I've already learned what I'm doing wrong. Great advice.

Been watching your videos as a new subscriber and love them. If you have time to answer in a video someday, I’m curious as to why the prices ending in 99. For example $699. I’m a handyman of sorts, mostly painting and some carpentry and power washing and I just go to the $700 or any other number other than the 99. Makes them think they are getting a more accurate price for there needs rather than a cookie cutter price. Curious on your thoughts. Thanks and keep up with the awesome videos
Thank you for the great comment...to be honest there's no real reason behind that and the prices vary from customer to customer, sometimes the numbers even out and sometimes they don't . Awesome question though.
