Hi there, I’m glad I came across your channel. I had guessed bypass four years ago. It’s been horrible. I lost 50 pounds last year. I gained 20 pounds but every time I eat, it hurts I have not had any success with my surgeon. He’s no longer taking my insurance, I’m afraid of eating because when I do it hurts, I have survived on fruits and vegetables. Can you please keep your channel going? I’m very interested thanks.
@@evelyngalarza67 oh honey I'm so sorry. First off I'd say the fruits are probably making you hurt. We're not supposed to have much sugar and fruit has way too much natural sugar in them. They always make my stomach hurt. Vegetables are just way too rough. Same thing. Always make my stomach hurt. Surprisingly the first meets that I tried after I had my gastric bypass was steak and I thought it was going to hurt but it actually went down really nice and has never hurt me. Same with bacon. I can eat eggs but if I try to eat a piece of chicken it will make me gag and want to throw up. It's not as bad now as it was in the first few years but it still makes me gag so I pretty much tried to avoid chicken. Does carnivore way of eating has been excellent for me. I eat a lot of ground beef can I add just a little bit of salsa to after it's done cooking to give it a little extra flavor. I would start off with some ground beef and see how that goes down. My email is suzekoenig@yahoo.com I'd like to talk to you more. How much are you eating at a time I'm wondering because if you eat too much your stomach will definitely hurt like heck and start to stretch out which is bad. Email me and we will keep in contact. Thank you for reaching out and I hope I can help you.
So glad to see what you are doing. Because you are the first new bypass doing the small portions.
