- How to clean and adjust your rear brake drums on Jeep or any other vehicle alike. Its a good idea to clean and adjust your brakes if:
-You experience squeak upon releasing brake pedal
-Emergency brake doesn't seem to be tight
-Squishy/weak braking in vehicle
-Dirty brake components

We have to do This Job on the back when the parts come, the drivers side E-Brake cable don’t move, so we Don’t know What we’ll find when takin off the drum. 🤔🫣
Very cool! Mine is a 98. You very well might see if the cable came loose inside the drum or not!

You need to release the parking brake handle in order to adjust it right?
Yes, When the back is jacked up, have the front on Jack stands or blocks in-front tires where it won’t roll.
