Dikshithers should be given some one time compensation of few crores and they should be sent out of the temple and replaced with Dravidian of all castes including Dalits as Archagas. Tamil should be used instead of sanskrit.

Lord Natraja temple should have a new administrative group comprising District Collector,RDO,Local Thasildar, Chidambaram Municipal Chairman, Local Councilor, V.C of Annamalai University, other local people along with Dikshadars. Monopoly of these Diksihdars should be set aside. The people of Chidambaram also had hold on this temple. Let Diksihdars enjoy some benifit but not the entire benifit and ruin the name of this temple
