That little desk/ shelf thingy sure was cute. I could not have left it behind.
Well there were so many things that you could have saved so many and I definitely would have taken that hall tree that you passed up the thing that was like a desk man that would have been awesome wish I could find things like that around my city

Awesome finds! I got a 2 foot wooden vase with long picks of silver and "crystal" and poinsettia and Sunflowers lol. Also 2 area rugs 1 is like 3 x 5 checker board esck and a giant 8 x 8 one of blues and tans. Going to power wash them this week. Can't wait to get the big one inside!

oh my god, my grandmother had that exact same lazy boy chair! that’s so wild and crazy for me to see, it was her chair haha, same color and everything. i remember it so clearly! it’s definitely older than early 2000s, my parents bought it for her between 1990-1995
My parents have one from at least 1994 that was my grandfather's.
4:15 I thought the silver items next to the popcorn machine were PCs! Look like a small stereo! 6:16 still a nice secretary (?)!

I rescued a Queen Anne style recliner from an after garage sale bulk day. It was in immaculate condition. Speaking of bugs, we bought brand new mattresses and a recliner, ended up with bedbugs and too late to return or make a claim, so...new stuff needs to be inspected as well.

Also heads up to pepppe scavenging. They make reusable zippers thaf can replace missing zippers on stuff like luggage and bags and jackets! Give that stuff new life y'all. Look up fix n zip!

I applaud 👏🏻your restraint . I would pick up way to much. I see such amazing things in those piles. I do resell things part time, but I also love to make things over my problem is I see potential even in parts and pieces? It’s a good thing I don’t live where they have those kind of free piles. 🤣I make sure I don’t develop any sort of a horde, but if there were free piles like the ones in your vids I would probably be starring in an episode of HOARDERS 😂🤣
This is why I scoff at the idea that resellers are "taking all the good stuff" people are literally throwing good stuff in the garbage! Id rather a reseller keep a good item in circulation than see it trashed or ruined by weather.
We've bought lazy boy rocker recliners for 30 years. Our favorite chairs! Yours looks great!

When you ladies find clean reusable bags in good condition, pick them up to keep out of the landfill. Then, offer to family and friends who enjoy having yard sales. Customers then get a great reusable bag with their purchases. It’s a win-win!
Also, any games you may find are very often good pick-ups, even if not complete. People will pay good money for parts and pieces, especially from vintage games.
You should have emptied all those reusable bags and use them for items you're taking home. That silver suitcase in the beginning should have been saved!
