Some people I know have had really poor opinions about estate sales thinking you're invading someone's privacy, looking through their belongings and it's shameful for a family to sell everything to strangers but I feel like these things at one time brought the owners joy and why not let these things go to somebody else who can see the value in them and enjoy them. I liked you put it. Going to an estate and looking through somebodys loved possessions can be fun look back in time and a joy and an honor.
I am so happy for you as your hard work paid off. Your enthusiasm is catching. You both are so cute and a joy to watch each time.
Aw thank you so much for the kind words! Thanks for watching! ♥️
So much Christmas from my childhood. And I’m only 34 but my grandma saved all her decorations from when she was little and through out the years. She was born in the 40’s
WOW! That was a dream sale. Those vintage swimsuits would look really cute framed, and hung around your tiki bar for the summer
What a great idea! Thanks for watching!! 😊
OMG! The holy grail of Christmas vintage!! I have LOVED vintage Christmas since forever! Sweet find ladies!!
Thank you so much for watching! ♥️
Well, that was FANTASTIC!!!! I've collected antique Chrustmas, Halloween and a little Easter decorations for about 45 years. And, I use to garage sale, go to flea markets and antique stores alot. But I have never stumbled on to soooo much great stuff all at one place. What caught my eye were the net xmas stockings because in 1954 or 1955, I started visiting Santa and he would give every child one of those, filled with toys and candy! Also, the chenielle candy canes!!!! I love those. Not the new ones they make today but the old ones like you had. I think I saw some roping and also some actual canes in your piles. The mercury glass ornaments and feather tree ornaments are a super find and the metal santa and santa doll! The Easter Bunny has a look that can't be duplicated. Your eye for detail and appreciation for ephemera and the past is amazing and I'm so happy you are keeping this era alive. You found so much cool stuff. But mostly, I like how kind you are to one another. That's the best part about your videos! Thanks for all the fun!!!!
Hi Terry! Your comment made us smile! Thank you so much for the compliments, and kind words. As a fellow vintage Christmas collector, we’re so happy you enjoyed coming along with us. See you on the next one! 😊♥️
I just love you 2, you make me smile!! Congrats on your finds, looks like a good time was had by all!!
Thank you so much!! ♥️
Janine and Laura I'm laughing with excitement. This haul remind me of things that I had growing up. I remember opening up presents just as you did. I felt it was 1965 all over again. Oh, the Easter Bunny! Love the birthday, wedding cards , coloring books, ornaments, and everything.
Oh my, I can only imagine what it was like! Jeannine and I chat about what it must have been like to see everything back then ♥️ Happy we got to feel a piece of what it might have been like for you and others during that time, it seems truly magical to us! Thanks for watching 😊
Love looking at old vintage. I was born in 1964. N it gives you those warm fuzzy nostalgic moments. When you were a child. Thanks girls.
GIRLS!!!!!! That pom pom tree and the pumpkin pail!!!!! Man Oh Man.......what a fabulous day!!!!!!!🎃🌲👍😁
It felt like a dream! I don’t know if we will ever find another sale like it! Thanks for watching!
Wow. What an incredible time capsule of family life. You could almost relive a 1950's new bride housewife fantasy. Thanks for sharing!
Yes, that’s really what it felt like! Wish we had more time to explore. Thanks for watching! 🥰
What an amazing find! That is the type of sale we all hope for! How fun! It was worth getting dirty for.
Thank you! ♥️ Yes, definitely worth it! 😊
I’m so happy you found a grail item!! That tree is GORGEOUS! What an amazing sale..I’m so jealous! Thanks for taking us on your journey!
Thank you so much, and thank you for watching!! ♥️
Good God Almighty and I say that loud and strong lol you hit the jackpot what I couldn’t believe was the mesh stockings with the beautiful graphics of Santa and then the stuff and toys still in it. My heart started palpitating looking at all this stuff knowing you guys must’ve been ready to have a heart attack lol. I know you love the holiday stuff and I also do but oh my God that viewfinder and the Barbie phone and stuff we didn’t even get to see was making me a nervous wreck ha ha ha. You guys when you’re explaining stuff you look like you’re ready to explode and you hold back. Let it out jump up-and-down and scream you’re still young you can do it and nobody is going to say a damn thing lol. And then that damn bunny rabbit holy shit.Like being my older self and knowing how young you guys are what I’m happiest most is you get to go through absolutely every little thing and touch it at home and enjoy it together and look at each other in astonishment. And then when you get to the back of the car I see that one beautiful pumpkin sitting on top and I’m so jealous. I can tell you right now without bursting your bubble with as old of stuff that there was there and the way they took care of it and packaged it with tissue paper and pretty much took care of it there was probably A $50,000 item there no doubt lol and don’t overlook colored typewriters they go for a very good price. Typewriters use to not sell as much especially black ones but colored typewriters are selling big time right now. I’m actually talking as I watch you guys on television because I like to give you credits of watching you on TV and on my phone that way you get more viewing and eventually that can turn into RUclips money lol. Absolutely love old Christmas cards and holiday cards and I didn’t know how much I liked them until I received a cluster of my aunt and uncles when they passed away and I sat and looked at every single one and the cards were made so much better back then. They just seem more meaningful and more personable than they are in today’s world.Well I have about another 22 minutes left to watch lol I will get back to you guys I have to go down and get something to eat in the kitchen lol and please let me know if I’m talking your ear off ha ha ha sometimes I just get excited along with you guys and a lot of this stuff takes me back to my childhood so thank you.
I am soooo envious ladies!! Ahhhhh! I'm so excited for you because I know that feeling when you know you scored but you're not quite sure what you got yet. It's better than Christmas morning going through it all!!
Thank you so much!! Yes, it was just as exciting as Christmas morning! ♥️🥰
I feel so old seeing Poochie and knowing immediately what she is. I loved Poochie!
My adrenaline started rising and I felt like I was right there with you. I would have had major anxiety in a small space but also trying to manage what I wanted and how to keep it away from someone else. Like that luggage new in box🤦🏼♀️. You almost have enough to start a store. With so much stuff will they have another? Imagine if someone had just bought the contents of the house. Good job ladies. 😘🤗
Worth the claustrophobic crawl!
you guys found the jackpot of vintage Christmas. loved seeing all your finds. When you pulled that branch out for that tree I had a memory of a vacation I went on as a kid in the 80s. we went to Texas for a tiny town reunion, my mom grew up there. there was a parade and someone was dressed as a peacock and had turned one of these amazing trees into feathers for her costume. I remember finding one of them that had fallen on the ground and it was the exact same shape as yours. I remember thinking then how amazing and pretty it was just by itself. anyway, what a haul! Im so glad you guys got to experience it.
Wow ... What a haul!
I'm a vintage and antique Christmas Santa Claus collector. In the 50 years that I've been doing this, I've only had one haul like this.
I just started watching your videos 2 nights ago and I'm hooked. I live in Australia, I collect retro, vintage, mid century items but never went into the world of vintage Christmas. (now I see a new collection coming along). I love the vibe you guys have and it's really interesting seeing the comparison of Australia to the US. Please keep the channel going because I just love these searches!!
I love the crafting sale idea! I am obsessed with the old wrapping paper and the box too! The box is great for display! Well done! Way to get your diggin’ on!
You guys crack me up and I love watching you. This stuff was the junk of my youth that was used up and tossed because none of it was considered nice enough to keep. Gotta say I still don't want it but so appreciate your passion for all that kitsch.
Thank so much! We truly appreciate the kind words! 😊
In this day and age- I cannot believe that there STILL are houses out there - FILLED with great old stuff . This gives me hope. And it makes up for those " Pre-Digested" estate sales - YOU KNOW: the ones where all the rooms and floors are spotless . There is NO clutter . And the only bric-a-brac is neatly laid out on a few folding tables in the living room (Meaning the family picked thru EVERYTHING and are only selling the JUNK they don't want) . Oh, and BIG furniture gets left out because they cannot be bothered carrying it out of the house.
I think this is your best estate sale so far.
I just found your videos posted on RUclips.
I know the excited feeling I get when I find something I collect & it's reasonably priced.
I collect mostly vintage Shiny Brite ornaments I display in my bowl collection, some go on the tree but most are in bowls, trays, Pyrex dishes, milkware & unusual catch alls.
Also Santa's, Xmas trees, angels & snowmen & women.
I have a few 40's & 50's Christmas corsages in bowls or hung in my tree. I own a couple of vintage garlands.
The very first garland was a green pea & pearl onion beaded garland I love this one. It's very unusual & petite.
I like shiny objects or different stylized Christmas decor. 🎄
It was a great haul you guys got!!!! I liked the tin Santa & Santa doll & the boxes of vintage ornaments.
The rush of finding hidden objects is so addictive. The secret is knowing the history of your found items & not costing you an arm or a leg. Going to antique shops or flea markets the vendors know what to charge & some won't banther with pricing. GREAT HUNTING.
The lavender plush Easter Bunny was really sweet!
At the end when you showed the Pom Pom Aluminum Christmas tree is truly an amazing item. I wouldn't sell that item, that's a kerper!!!!!
Just amazing. And I want to thank you for the sweet comments about the home owner. Great video , it was fun to watch.
Every time we go into an estate sale we feel honored to be part of. It might sound silly. This sale especially made us feel like we were going back in time and seeing their life. Thank you for watching ❤️
That was amazing!!! Such fun seeing your excitement and finds. Thanks as always for not leaving us behind 🤩 Happy hunting.
Thank you of course for watching!! ♥️

Aw thanks so much for watching, and for the nice compliment! 😊
I’m so envious also!!!!! All the Santa faces I just wanted to jump through the screen and touch it all!!!!! Congratulations girls!!!!
Thank you so very much! And thank you for watching!! ♥️♥️

This is most exciting video that I have ever seen on RUclips! This is a once in a lifetime estate sale experience.
Oh my goodness, what an AWESOME sale!!! So many amazing things!!! Good for you guys- love that you love the same things I do!!! I could have watched you guys go thru stuff all day! Amazing!❤️❤️❤️
Poochie goes for a lot of money!! I grew up with her as a kid. They made stamp sets and stationery items that were super cute with her. What an amazing estate sale!! Wow. What a rush!!
Ahhh how cute! We love Poochie now 😊 thanks for watching! ♥️
Hey since you guys had such a big haul this time maybe you can make a part two video off of this one so we can see more clear and detailed items out of this sale that you went to and see some of the outside of the boxes and what we’re actually inside a little bit more close up like the stuff that was in those stockings back in the day and some of the tree toppers may be turned on or up a little bit closer at your home on the table that would be cool. I just feel like we all out here didn’t get to see the individuality of what we’re in the boxes and the excitement of it and all of the little hidden things that make us so happy out here. It’s just a suggestion and a may be part two video even if it’s another 40 minutes lol I would really love to see what this elderly lady had and what she kept for a reason and what an amazing woman to cherish and keep all this old stuff so that generations or even her family could share and pass down.
I mean since you already have a stuff and you’re going through it that way you can organize it and we can better see things close up to take us back to our childhood. I don’t mean to ask too much of you but I feel like that’s what RUclips is about and that’s kind of why the videos are made lol I know it’s to sell stuff or to keep it but for us out here We really and thoroughly enjoy seeing the little items close up so don’t ever think you’re boring us with that or the videos are too long because that’s actually what people like. Again just an idea if you would consider that. Thank you so much
Thank ,you.. Felt like I was there..Brings back old child hood memories 😊
That last swimsuit with the split top is similar in style to one I had in the 60's!!
I need the Poochie! Also I love the plush bunny Jeannine wants to keep, awesome find!

My dreams come true. Oh my! I think I would have to be dragged out of there. Amazing! All that Christmas and those cards! Those cards! Those amazing cards!

I frame vintage wrapping paper and put it on my piano or you can put it on a credenza as a backdrop it just looks beautiful and it brings so much color to any kind of display

OMG, I MISS THE EAST COAST!!! At age 22 I let go of all my worldly possessions [95% vintage...because it's a lifestyle] and moved from my hometown of Minneapolis to San Francisco by myself where a friend was living. *Hated It.* It was the mid 90's and though many areas of SF were still boarded up and abandoned, it was the beginning of the massive gentrification push. Homeless growing larger every day (and it was Already an epidemic), yet no one could afford the uncontrolled rent spikes. I was 2 mo in when a Mpls. friend called to check in and after hearing of my misery invited me to join him in his hometown of Glenridge, NJ. I said yes. No one ever aspires to go live in NJ, especially in their 20's, but I wasn't ready to go back to boring Frozenland yet. We moved a lot as a kid and I was feeling like a coward so I took the challenge of just saying Yes. Again, OMG!!!
Glen Ridge is a "bedroom town" with slate-Real Slate!!!-sidewalks and gas lamps that Disney failed at buying up year after year. (Slate feels like baby powder on bare feet. It's a rare thing of beauty.) This wealthy ancient town had no alleyways so garbage was collected by the road on Wednesdays. Those *Amazing* piles you showed were commonplace to be found in garbage bags on the curb. I was almost 25 when I left, having spent 2 glorious years out there, and I Still have the entire lifetime collection of cards someone's grandma kept that started in the late 30's. At one point I had a Real roaring leopard head from someone's unfortunate rug choice, and behind me right now is "Stuffy", a real baby alligator that once held a half shell as an ashtray. It's my job to love him until he's put to final rest. The estate sale leftovers were Mind Blowing as a Midwesterner whose local government sees little value in historical preservation. We started out living in my friend's grandparent's Victorian that was being restored before his parents moved in. There were still items remaining in the basement from grandpa that were Amazing and up for grabs. Led based yellow enamel with the original 1920's deco label? Ornate small locks With their keys? Yes, Thank You!! By the time I'd been forced to address the bundles of Women's Day and Good Housekeeping in *mint condition full sets* starting in 1938 and ending in 1960, I'd been there for a few months. They were in the way of the builders and had no real resale value locally. In Minnesota I knew I'd hit the jackpot. Not out East, the saturation was too heavy. So, having no other choice than total loss, I cut the twine off of each bundle and went through each and every one with my Xacto knife, saving whatever graphics I couldn't bear to go to the trash. It was A Lot. I still have that today at age 50 this December.
This video sparked that exact Joy I experienced for the first time in this way 25 years ago! My only complaint is that often the camera moves too fast throughout to pause and find a clear still shot of details [here and thrifting]. Personally, the draw for these "Go thrifting with me" videos is being able to see what I would have picked up were I there myself. Though, I do believe that the cameras that allow for clear freezing are likely crazy expensive. I'm not sure, but I Am Sure that this video was a Huge Satisfying JOY to watch, and I appreciate your efforts in sharing this experience with us. Truth be told, the Second I walked in that door I'd forget all about filming and dive right into scoring. That really must have taken effort and sacrifice. *Thank You Again!!*
Wow wow wowzzzy! What an incredible wonderful vintage Christmas you found
Thank you!! ♥️
The shining brights in the boxes. That was my childhood my mom when she moved to her new house in Washington state split Christmas up and the one thing I wanted with the shiny bright ornaments from when I was a little girl I had to have them and I haven’t seen anything like them until you pulled that out today.
I left video and came back to it. Then there was sound. What a haul you got!
Glad it’s working now! Thanks for watching!
Yes, you are truly blessed to have such amazing estate sales. I live in Kentucky and we rarely have sales like that. I always enjoy seeing the sales to get to go to but, I’m also a little jealous. LOL 😂
That was an epic dream sale!!
The bathing suits!!! 🤩🤩🤩
I have your identical tree in the 3’ size!! Same box!
I truly love it!!💕Got it at an auction!
Great finds!
This looks like what I had to clean out at my parents house. My mom kept everything!! I went through soooo much stuff!!! My mom has an old Santa collection from an old friend. I started to look through it for one thing from my childhood and he blew a cork and said he had a plan for it. 😢😢. He gave it all away and so much more or threw it away. Very very sad.
Wow, so excited for you...and sooooo jealous ...
