Wisdom Wednesday | Don't stop dancing

Do you allow your age to define you?
I recently watched a video of Fred Astaire in his 70s dancing that shared this message: "You never grow too old to stop dancing, it's when you stop dancing that you grow old." In other words, if you tell yourself you're "too old" for something - you're right.
