Oh, I should’ve at least gone up to show the ticket prices! But going in the morning is a good call for an all day ticket! I actually went to BTS accidentally and hadn’t looked up hours, and the funny thing is, I recently had gone to Plaza Low Yat on accident too lol. I got a new phone case and screen cover. I broke my screen cover from it falling off Beam bikes into the street lol. But ya that place is awesome! I haven’t seen Sungai Wang Plaza yet though! Thanks for the tip!
Hey Brad, saw you from Chris' video and followed you, subscribed instantly 😂 . I like your vibe and most of all you seemed very down to earth kind of person. When they said “batch jersey” they were referring to the class they’re in. I believe americans would have something like “class of ‘24”. In Malaysia, local students say “batch” instead of “class” 😊
Asia does both indoor and outdoor activities and amusements so well, thank you taking us along Brad! Always such good vibes from you, you're a true gem brother ❤

Brad, I absolutely think that your vlogs are way more interesting and genuine than Solo and Chris! I couldnt believe that I am watching the entire video on BTS despite living here in KayL and hating the mall!
Thanks a bunch! For a long time I’ve been experimenting with different styles of videos, and only recently I’ve figured out how to make my videos more authentic and show my personality! I had a lot of help from those guys learning to make the raw style, and now I feel like I can really be myself! I’m super happy to hear you enjoy it! It means a lot! Thanks so much!
My hommies and their kids from Boston will be coming to KayL this summer .. now I know where to bring them for family fun .. always thot the mall is a dead mall.. keep the good work up brotha! But I am pretty sure malls in Bangkok are way cooler and cheaper than KayL’s mall! 😉

Hi Brad, do come again. Since you are spending about 6 days in KL. Make a YT about KL malls. Coz all of our malls having different theme. Such as Sunway Pyramid with ice ring in the middle of the mall court; One Utama Mall with sky diving inside it; some malls have rock climbing facility; trampolines facility; ...going to malls it not about shopping or eating, we go for movie, bowling, kareoke and many more. Hi again Brad. Just watching your other videos now. Just read all the comments. See I was right about you. You are so humble and non pretentious😊 People can sense or even see that. Like I said b4 what I like about you is that you reply to all your messages. Makes people feel appreciated as a result. Hope you stay grounded and humble when your viewership soars😂 Maybe marrying a Thai makes you even a better person because Thais are nice people😊 Glad to see you enjoying and having a good time. Wanna spend my time with her. So wastes you didn't get to see or try the roller coaster.
Hey again! Wow I really appreciate your amazing comments! I definitely try to respond to everything. Honestly it can be a lot sometimes, especially right after a video goes up. Sometimes it takes me days, and I have to work it into my day. But people take their time to support my channel, and I’m grateful, so I feel like it’s the least I can do! That’s the whole reason I’m on here right! I agree that Thai people are nice, and my wife is indeed such an amazing person. That’s why I fell in love 🥰! I won’t be able to visit Genting Highlands now (I forget if I said this to you already) but I plan to come back to Malaysia ASAP and Genting is high on my list. I’m sad I didn’t get to go. It was between that and Batu Caves last time. I’m sorry about your dog, but glad I can help you come along through my videos. Please show your dog 😊. Thanks again!!!
@WhereisBrad wow you are lightning quick with your replies Brad😂 Yes I understand with your replying part. Just sharing with you people feel appreciated when you reply so they will follow you. You can take your time. But hope you take some nasty comments with a pinch of salt as I feel there might be some cultural misunderstanding and lingual. As I can see from Chris comments I think he misunderstood some of his viewers comments. Anyway you can't please everybody right. Hahaha your wife is more lucky to marry you☺️ It's alright Batu Caves is a must visit too. Slowly catching up with your videos. I was watching Chris videos then I saw you. You were so humble and was like an underdog and respectful not to steal his show😂 But like what some of your viewers said you are better☺️ Haha KL is just the tip of the iceberg. Lots of places in Msia to check out. Genting and Malacca is closest to KL. You can do lots of videos at these 2 places. Different kind from KL. Fun fact. I realized there isn't an AC unit in the hotels in Genting as it's so cold up there in the mountains that you don't need an AC unit😂 Alright won't bother you further Brad.
So right now is a good example of me getting busy. I was seeing your responses coming in for the past day and I had so much to do. But I didn't want to just give a short "cool thanks". So ya, I made some time to catch up. I've really been enjoying all your feedback and praise and about to go and response to all your other comments (and everyone else's). "Can't please everybody" is so true... I have many people leave positives saying "keep doing that", "I love XYZ". And then other please leaving negative stuff about the exact same stuff. So I feel I need to do what I love first, but then aggregate the sentiment for everything else and evolve my channel based on the rest. It'll be nice to visit high up to get a break from the heat for sure! "Alright won't bother you further..." NEVER!!!! Please keep it coming! I love it! Thanks
Did the bts theme park with my 3 kids, was fun! The mall across the street-sungei wang has a rock climbing gym + all the malls have movie theatres which are so well priced. I never visit malls where I live on Vancouver Island, but we are so game in Malaysia, so fun + love the a/c 😅👌
That's awesome! Glad to hear it all worked out, but what you found seems cool too. I can't believe there's so much stuff packed together so tightly! Safe travels!
I hope you have a really great time in Malaysia Brad! As a concern Malaysian, we truly appreciated and welcoming all of you guys who travel to taste a glimpse of our culture! 🎉🎉🎉❤
You’re the first to comment on that… and I was wondering what people might think. You think it’s okay? I had to either cut that part out all together, or do what I did.
@@WhereisBrad Personally, I thought it was clever... And, you can still hear what's going on with your conversation while the background music doesn't consume the situation. Almost gave me a Sublime vibe.🤘

Hi Brad No, I've only been to West Edmonton mall. I'm from Vancouver, B. C. Canada, but my wife is from Taipei, Taiwan. I have been to Taiwan two times. Next time I go to Taiwan, my wife and I plan to visit Malaysia. I'll check out their theme park. Cheers.
Hey Brad Love watching videos on Malaysia. Like I mentioned in the last message my wife and I are going to travel to Malaysia from Taiwan next year, what is your recommendations on a good airlines to get round in Asia? We like go to Kuala lumpur from Taiwan and to Singapore and then back to Taiwan. Thanks, Cheers.
Those kids are from Johor I think. Cos there is a bus stop arriving from Johor infront of Berjaya Times Square. This is an old Mall. Most old restaurants like Wendy's also no longer there. it was nice. You're familiar with Wendy's right?
Ah I see. Yes I know Wendy’s. I’m from California so we have them all over, but I never knew Malaysia had them. Do you know if their menu was/is different from the US like other global restaurants do?
@@WhereisBrad Wendy's Malaysia was operated by Berjaya Group (The management of Berjaya Times Square) so this and another outlet in Johor. I'm not sure it it's the same menu as in the USA i think an exceptional fast food. Unfortunately Wendy's Malaysia stop operating since 2019 right before (you know what) when they didn't renew the franchise license.
@@WhereisBrad and for your info, Starbucks Malaysia and 7eleven are also owned by Berjaya Group aka the management of Berjaya Times Square. that's why even though the mall is almost thousands years old 🤣 They still operates in the middle of Kuala Lumpur where newer malls are dying.

Hello Brad, I always feel intrigued by your amazing videos, hope you are doing fine, congrats on 10K subs, I am so happy to see you achieving this milestone. 😊
Malaysians are very friendly and ready to communicate well with all foreigners... you just have to say hi to them and they are ready to chat and make a joke with you...
Fun fact, Kenny rogers roaster is an american franchise but has been discontinued in the US for many years now, they were feature in an episode of Seinfeld in the 90s
@@WhereisBrad its ok.but make sure you come back soon ya 👍😊 like i said,Malaysia the only Truly Asia.we still got many states you can visit.nature, food and culture.mark my word, you wont disappointed 😊 cant wait for your full journey of this country.always stay safe and happy, brad 👍😊 from your new subscriber 🥳
Oh really? I just googled it and it tells me BTS, but it’s possible that’s not accurate. I for sure want to see the others! I heard genting highlands was amazing!
I'm from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.Bangladesh people's can't open any shop in Malaysia even in standard mall.Malaysia have tough of law on this rules.Malaysia not easy give licence for it.Owner of shop must belong from Malaysia Nationality except shop that already establish as standard branded buisness that provide by Malaysia can use an own.Thats is normal shop. Many Bangladesh people's when the others foreigners asking is that their shop, they will say it their shop but reality it's not.Bangladesh people's have a lots in Malaysia and they working in here as a shopkeeper.
The biggest festival will come in malaysia.. u experience India thaipusam Chinese new year now u experience Malay people fasting more delicious food in that time fasting month and buy baju melayu and also hri raya... can't wait
I just went to the theme park last year! Rode the roller coaster twice and I swear I won't ride it again 😂😂 And yeah it is much much more fun going with friends (or family) I do wish you will be able to go in there some other day. The ladies said it's very late... What time was it though?
Hahahaha no way! Walmart is huge, but it’s rundown. It’s not nice at all. Beejal’s was fun and beautiful! So many awesome things to do there! Walmart is where I might go to get milk at 2:00am for some reason. Lolol
lol ya. Most Walmarts are open 24 hours. And as a result there are a lot of weirdos in there. It’s a weird place. Kinda dirty. I wouldn’t actually need milk at 2am but just giving an example of how it’s not a nice place to explore. It’s def interesting and has everything. But ya nothing to brag about in my opinion. There are full RUclips channels about all the weird stuff found in Walmarts! Look up “people of Walmart” if you want to see the crazy stuff that goes on there lol
Kids nowadays with their jerseys and trips and all... during my time we walk kilometres to school rain or shine can only dream about these things sigh lol

You’re the first to comment on that… and I was wondering what people might think. You think it’s okay? I had to either cut that part out all together, or do what I did.
@@WhereisBrad
Personally, I thought it was clever... And, you can still hear what's going on with your conversation while the background music doesn't consume the situation. Almost gave me a Sublime vibe.🤘
Awesome! Exactly what I intended! Also, sublime is my favorite band!!

They also have a indoor theme park in West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The largest mall in Canada.
Oh cool! Have you been to both? If so, which do you like better?
Hi Brad
No, I've only been to West Edmonton mall. I'm from Vancouver, B. C. Canada, but my wife is from Taipei, Taiwan. I have been to Taiwan two times. Next time I go to Taiwan, my wife and I plan to visit Malaysia. I'll check out their theme park.
Cheers.
@@brentcontois9337 gotcha cool cool. Well if I make it to Edmonton I’ll do the same!
Hey Brad
Love watching videos on Malaysia.
Btw Brad, that JB handshake.. JB stands for Johor Bahru. JB is the city of Johor state - the state bordering Malaysia & Singapore.
Oh okay cool. Is that handshake well known across Malaysia?
@@WhereisBrad No, it's from JB ..hence it's called a JB handshake. I've never seen it till now. We do it differently in KL.
@@JayKughan omg so is there a KL handshake that everyone knows??!
Brad hope to bump into you on the 24th as i'm on vacations in KL👍🏼👍🏼

Wooo, are you from the rugby team??
@@WhereisBradim the guy at the archery shop there🥰
Nice!!! Thanks again for everything! I had a lot of fun!
@@elwwmatrix ahhh I see. Very interesting, but understandable. Thanks for the info!
@@WhereisBrad and for your info, Starbucks Malaysia and 7eleven are also owned by Berjaya Group aka the management of Berjaya Times Square. that's why even though the mall is almost thousands years old 🤣 They still operates in the middle of Kuala Lumpur where newer malls are dying.
i miss wendy i loved their burger patty, square in shape. their menus were legit

How can the foreigner open a shop at other country?
No idea lol, but it seemed common, extremely common
you think berjaya times square same with wallmart in the us?
Hahahaha no way! Walmart is huge, but it’s rundown. It’s not nice at all. Beejal’s was fun and beautiful! So many awesome things to do there! Walmart is where I might go to get milk at 2:00am for some reason. Lolol
@@WhereisBrad Walmart at 2.00am? They opened 24/7?
