Here’s more positivity to add, remember all those other previously canceled games that were brought back from the dead? Such as Metroid Dread, StarFox 2, Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution, Streets of Rage 4, and Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves? (correct me if I’m wrong on these, feel free to add more to this list). You never know, Capcom could do the same for Megaman Legends 3 if they wanted, ideally it would be in their best interest to bundle it with a hypothetical Legends Legacy Collection to add more value to it, there was even that leaked Rockman Taisen we still haven’t heard about yet, unless that was just X-Dive all along, that’s my guess.

So in conclusion; this series is basically on life support
I may think we have had too long of a drought but even then holy cow the collections and Mega Man 11 making a comeback and the fans I hope capcom can deliver soon.
What a great edit. Thank you for this
The food in question:
*insert baki air dinner scene here*
maybe we dont need to make a man made object crash into earth twice.
This here is the ultimate celebration of Mega Man.
I discovered this in 2017, watched a bit of the OVA in 2020, and I absolutely loved the Megaman megamix and gigamix manga. This is an amazing tribute btw!
1:28 bro wrong game; x7 is the one with emo X, not x8
Quantity over quality? lmao
No this was a great video. I only got into the series about 10 years ago, but I've absolutely fallen in love with even the worst parts of classic mega man. It's nice to put it all into context like this. Shout out to the fan game community.
I rewatch this video like twice a week, actually peak.
The song choice, the editing, everything is perfect. This is peak anti doomposting Mega Man content
4:04 Wasn't expecting to see my meme fanart make it into this video (the "my day be so fine" one)
If only you picked one of my Mega Man fanart pieces I'm a bit more proud of 😭
But real talk, even though I think Mega Man has once again entered another hibernation period, I've been tiding myself over easily by reading all the manga he's had that I bet very few people have read. That, plus drawing stuff for him. It's the fan spirit that keeps the Blue Bomber alive.
Hope everything was sourced properly, I really liked that picture it made me laugh!
The Sonic crossover comics were not bad at all, you should check em out if you haven't yet
@@skippy7552 Glad you got a laugh out of it!
I've read the entire Archie run of Mega Man, including the crossovers. Worlds Collide was pretty great, and Worlds Unite... exists.
I've been focusing on Ikehara's and Izuki's Rockman manga, which are interesting reads on their own right. While I think I still prefer Ariga's Megamix/Gigamix mangas, Izuki's take on Mega Man is really refreshing to read!
"Have some patience"
It's been six years.
Metroid Prime waited 7, Elder Scrolls is positioned for 14, Castlevania hasnt gotten a new classic game in 15. I sucks but its still 20XX, anything could happen
@skippy7552 Yes, everything is either dead or takes forever to develop. That's why gaming sucks now.
@@skippy7552 Hell, even SNK's Fatal Fury is getting a new part after 26 YEARS since 1999. And I'm very glad that they decided to stood up for that... But yeah, it is being carried by the fans.

All of these are fangame projects. What does this even imply
I mean, when new official content is scarce, the fanbase keeps itself alive with its own projects; Just ask the Geomety Dash community.
I FEEL PROUD OF BEING A MEGA MAN FAN IN 2024!!!
Thank you for doing this, we all needed it
MegaMan "fans" be doomposting on Reddit/Twitter and the only game they play are X1 and X4.
The only fanbase that has the most creative way to tell us to keep waiting
I really hope we don’t have to wait until 2028 for MegaMan 12.
This made my eyes well up a little. This was fantastic
That's one of the reasons I am a fan; there's a HUGE amount of Mega Man games to play, and a ton of fan games and spiritual spinoffs as well.
I still want Mega Man X9 though.
People need to remember that if they expect Capcom to rush out Megaman games, we'll just get games like X6, barely playtested, and an overall unfun mess.
Why can't they make another game that ties it all together nicely? I would love a new mega man zero game!
i love how you put some of max's reactions in there. he is the biggest capcom fan ever and he deserves to be in the video
I do agree that the fan games always make sure we're eating good. As much as I want to see a Mega Man 12 expand upon 11, it's still incredible how good the fan game scene is.
As mistranslated Zero once said, "I WILL NEVER DIE!"
God this video was the pick me up I needed
That was me watching capcom next expecting to see my boy Rock... I still have faith though.
