This was great, for me affirms the need for the integration of these modalities and including IFS in terms of the parts work. I know for me a synthesis is needed.

Can anyone comment on their personal experience of whether which modality (sensorimotor psychotherapy or SE) is most effective for a therapist to use or for a client to experience the results of? In their own ways, I’m sure both modalities are fantastic from all that I’ve seen and read but it would be nice to survey therapists and clients on their experience with both or either models? How effective would you say online sensorimotor psychotherapy can be?
This is inaccurate. As an SEP I can say this. With SE we also know it is not the whole self having the experience and we carefully and intentionally keep rescourced stated online simultaneously to create that container for the trauma healing.
