According to the stats displayed on this video. It seems that Intel is has better graphics, performance and memory.
I'd personally use that for gaming and/or editing vids
As for the Lenovo
It's much more suited for business. In saying that, it is logical that it will last longer than Intel. Also Lenovo has a back-up feature to save files and avoid corruption of files
