How do you like that Shakespeare excursion? I have one and I like it I bought a $50 Lew's rod also and the excursion is alot better in my opinion . It's super sensitive for $20 rod.

There is also another way you can fish it you can let it sink for a couple seconds then twitch it a few times then repeat that

I love fishing a regular fluke and a swim bait but I don't like the rolling action from the Jr. Paddle tails. I do like to put them on my swim jigs tho

Great video as usual TL. Man I’ve been doing the same lately, going to bait shops and trying different things and boy do they work!! The bait in this video is actually one I picked up last weekend and it works great. I used that same exact color and pulled out 3 nice large mouths in an hour.

Best swim bait hands down all I use especially for river smallmouth try a Texas rig with a bullet weight that’s how I throw them I slay every time I use them also I use them for trailers on spinners and chatter baits as well as swim jigs

Need to try the zoom Arkansas super fluke weightless chunk it out wait about 30 to 40 sec and slow crank it back in with a twitch then a double twitch let set for a few seconds and then repeat process I get destroyed using it but nice video man I have a couple packs of the JR and I put them on upside down to get more tail action out of them but keep up the hard work and we’ll catch ya on the next one TightLines man

Nice! Im using the same lures right now for early bass/pickerel. Later on on the summer I'll switch to a baby bass color

@@setthehookwithtlbroyles919 Thanks TL! the baby bass colors are watermelon seed and California. I also like the Disco and the Disco Violet. Always my go to baits.
You think they do good in the tombigbee throw them at Wilson dam close to the dam. No tell what you will catch. I know the strippers like white bait up there. But it was a great video keep them coming. On a side note I stopped at one of those yard sales yesterday and got a nice 9 foot bait cast rod for 5 bucks.

Set the Hook with TL Broyles Actually I got the 9 foot rod that’s really nice. 2 Colman lanterns new in the boxes never been opened and a Colman stove new in the box all at the same yard sale. For 18 bucks. I’ll use those lanterns catfish at night. Not sure about the stove but it was only 3 bucks I wasn’t passing it up. Lol
