It means you are using third party wigetsmith. Make sure and add apples clock app widget.

I don’t think it’s possible, I updated 14.3 ,it ate up 1.5 GB, what i got is nonesense messy widget feature, whereas such a super mandatory/basic world clock feature on Locked iPhone Screen still remain missing 😔

Bro try to reset all settings on your iphone
Go to settings app - tap general - scroll down scree all the way - tap reset - tap reset all setting - follow the on screen instructions and attempt next option.
Then try to sync widget. Also make sure your date and time is correct as your living time zone.

No, it’s for iOS 14 and later device only.
Even it’s not possible in iOS 13 then iOS 11 is too old version.
