The 80% charge limit is a great feature for those who tend to leave their phones charging overnight. Charging to 100% too often will be bad for your battery in the long run.
@@cj_frsyeah but at the cost of your battery's lifespan. This is undeniable. To maximize lifespan you should always maintain a battery percentage between 20-80%. Any higher or lower will reduce it
@@joshua7015 I get it, but why would someone do that? Before my 15Pro I still rocked my iPhone 11. Only used optimized charging and always charged to 100% overnight, daily for 4 (!) years straight. People buy 1.200 EURO phones and a battery replacement of 99 euro would be too much?
When you always charge your phone to 80%, what is the point to have 100% battery health Update: I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max in November 2023 and have been using it for five months now. Throughout this period, I paid ZERO attention to the battery level. In other words, I continued using it even when the battery fell below 10% until it died, and I left it charging even after it reached 100%. Today, I checked the battery health, and guess what? ONE HUNDRED PERCENT :) Guys, there are so many other things that deserve our attention. The marginal benefit of paying attention to your phone battery is practically negligible.
If you have a plus or pro max and you reach always the end of the day with 30% battery or more then you can enable this feature to preserve the health of the battery. Then when you need a full charge, maybe for a day out, you can disable it and do a full charge. It depends on your phone usage. If you’re not interested in maximizing the life of the battery then always do an optimized charge that reaches 100% before you wake up if you’re usually charging the phone at night.
@jonny_laguna Nope it's real. Charging to 80% rather than 100% maximizes each charging cycle whilst minimizing the stress on the battery. You wouldn't notice this because degradation shows itself sfter 2-3 years if regularly charging to 100% because modern batteries have improved.

Wouldn’t the failed 10 passwords give them access to the whole phone afterwards? Like it would erase all your data but then you couldn’t track the phone after that and they would have a free phone. Sounds like it’s doing them a favor

@farreeees My favourite feature of the iPhone 15 Pro is the all new action button. It introduces various customizable shortcuts and functionalities, allowing users to quickly access tasks or apps, similar to the convenience of the iPad's or Apple Watch's side buttons. This enables swift navigation and execution of specific actions or commands, enhancing the overall user experience.
@jemwell My favorite Iphone 15 Pro feature has got to be the new A17 pro chip in particular, its capability to play AAA class console games. I can't express how surprised I was to hear about it when they first unveiled it. I didn't expect mobile phones would have the capability at this moment in time, but here we are. This has got to be one of or rather the best feature that would make anybody get the new Iphone 15 Pro.
Great feature except that it will deteriorate the phones battery health at a much faster rate. And the in game controls almost ate up the screen. Only solution is to use a gamepad though it is a hassle to bring one when you are not at home.
Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge! Being an android user for so long and recently shifted to iPhone, till now it’s really a good experience! 😊🙏🏽
With iPhone 15 Pro, you have multiple focal lengths to work with. It's like having seven pro lenses in your pocket, everywhere you go. The 48MP Main camera is more advanced than ever, capturing super‑high‑resolution photos with a new level of detail and color. You'll see the improvements in your portraits.

@decemveur Favorite feature ?? of course the USB-C. To be honest I don't have iPhone and never used iPhone before. But I think the USB-C feature on the iPhone will make it easier for almost all iPhone users.
@pekongism What i like the most on iphone 15 pro is the flexibility of choosing the portrait mode. You only need to take a picture once and later you can select to turn on/off for the bokeh effect. No need to take the picture twice!
Also, Airdrop has never worked for me. I think I might have disabled it somehow. I would love to use this feature (and my devices can support it) but it's always greyed out or not an option or just doesn't work. Any advice about how to get Airdrop working across all my devices again? Would be appreciated! EDIT: Yeah, see I tried going to Settings > AirDrop but "AirDrop" isn't even there... it goes straight to "AirPlay & Handoff" with no "AirDrop" showing above it. Can anyone help me out?

Wait, hold it at 4:22. You are extremely wrong. I worked for Apple here in the US, You’re just a kid you don’t know what you’re talking about. You do NOT want to do automatic push updates , why? because if it’s a corrupt ,you’re screwed. It has happened many times in the past by Apple. Viewers do not switch iOS updates on , do them manually only and after a major push comes out you wait at least a month or two before you put it in your system your securities are not going to be compromised at all by waiting a month or two that’s a bunch of crap. Don’t let stupid talking points like that scare you …

@Not_Cam37 Things I like about it has got to be that Screen is nicer - thanks to promotion and brightness Camera is effortlessly better. Haptic feedback is crisper. If can’t explain why, but it is. Dynamic Island is cool. Sports, timer, alarm and Spotify is what I’ve been using it for. My 12 Pro has 89% battery health and I would often have to charge at 10% around 7-8pm. 15pro I often go to sleep with 30%+

Thanks for this. I'm a fairly experienced iPhone user, but I found a lot of these helpful. Plus, I recently upgraded to the 15PM and I hadn't yet gotten around to customizing many of the settings I normally would. This video reminded me which ones needed my attention right away.
Great to hear!
@farreeees
My favourite feature of the iPhone 15 Pro is the all new action button. It introduces various customizable shortcuts and functionalities, allowing users to quickly access tasks or apps, similar to the convenience of the iPad's or Apple Watch's side buttons. This enables swift navigation and execution of specific actions or commands, enhancing the overall user experience.

Great video! Super helpful when setting up a new iPhone. Just subscribed 👍
Thanks for the sub! And thanks for the compliment. Glad it was useful
@jemwell
My favorite Iphone 15 Pro feature has got to be the new A17 pro chip in particular, its capability to play AAA class console games.
Saw the view count at 999K so now I’m here every day to watch it go up. I gotchu bro!
thanks for the support!
this was extremely helpful, thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
I like my Iphone 15 Pro more because of your video. Thank you for sharing
Just got my IP15 and this video is helpful 😍😍😍
Salut to all of those watching although they don't own an iPhone 15 🖖
:)
Great video. Such useful settings that I didn’t even think to change, to save a bit of battery, without making my phone completely get no notifications or not see any location or photo information at all. This was a greatly done video with useful info. Thanks!
HI Daniela, thanks for the feedback!
Any tips you would like to add? Let me know! 😃
Can you please make a video on how to get long battery backup or where your iphone battery is draining.
@islahfayfay6
It's a great channel and you are a good personne
Keep smashing it brother ❤👍
Black clock widget, only white Clock III is available for me, even in dark mode
@decemveur
Favorite feature ?? of course the USB-C.
To be honest I don't have iPhone and never used iPhone before. But I think the USB-C feature on the iPhone will make it easier for almost all iPhone users.
@pekongism
What i like the most on iphone 15 pro is the flexibility of choosing the portrait mode. You only need to take a picture once and later you can select to turn on/off for the bokeh effect. No need to take the picture twice!
This was a standard feature in my Huawei P20 Pro bought in 2018
Also, Airdrop has never worked for me.
Hi, sorry for the late reaction. Unfortunately I do not have a solution for this (or explanation)
@mitek90
Nice video! I'll be back here as soon as I get a chance to have some fun with my 1st IOS 😁The feature of erasing data is a little bit tricky when you have a girlfriend lol.
:), yes, be careful
Wait, hold it at 4:22. You are extremely wrong. I worked for Apple here in the US, You’re just a kid you don’t know what you’re talking about. You do NOT want to do automatic push updates , why? because if it’s a corrupt ,you’re screwed. It has happened many times in the past by Apple. Viewers do not switch iOS updates on , do them manually only and after a major push comes out you wait at least a month or two before you put it in your system your securities are not going to be compromised at all by waiting a month or two that’s a bunch of crap. Don’t let stupid talking points like that scare you …
Thanks for the useful content! I had an iPhone 7 years ago and I was simply shocked how many useful functions appeared! this is great!
ah, yes, but that is a great step!

I don't think you know how push email works
❤I Lllllllloooooooovvvee this video... its been a good learning enriching experience... its just not your tricks that's useful practical n good but the way you explained with its benefits or none ... your diction was clear and your speed of video was apt ... thank you
Pls let me know whether 'the Content & privacy Restrictions' in 'Screen time' section of 15 pro should be off or on... it would be a huge help...you earned yourself a subscriber in me ... stay blessed dear
Very helpful! I did not know most of them.
New iPhone user here
Thanks man! Just switched from Android to iOS and found your video super useful
Thanks. That was helpful. I made some changes on my new iphone
@tt0laa
i just upgraded from my old Galaxy Note 9 to iPhone 15 Pro Max this week, my most favorite feature is privacy and battery life, and i know i’ve using USB-C all along but the fact that apple is moving to this port is the greatest thing, now even after upgraded to iPhone i still can charge my earbuds, watch and iPad using only one set of cable snd adapter.
Tbf the action button is pretty sick, you can really just do anything with shortcuts. Don't have an iPhone, sure as hell wish I did 😂😂
🤣🤣Shazam is what I selected using the action button
Very helpful - especially since I have always been an Android user and just made the change!!!
thank you i just got mine yesterday !
Thank you for the info! I just switched to apple and found this very useful. Liked and subbed!!
I love how the new iphone has the dynamic island and it shows when youre on call and also what song is on
@Not_Cam37
Things I like about it has got to be that Screen is nicer - thanks to promotion and brightness
Camera is effortlessly better.
Haptic feedback is crisper. If can’t explain why, but it is.
Dynamic Island is cool. Sports, timer, alarm and Spotify is what I’ve been using it for.
My 12 Pro has 89% battery health and I would often have to charge at 10% around 7-8pm. 15pro I often go to sleep with 30%+
I appreciate the knowledge u shared with us 👍
This was actually a great video. Thanks mate.
Great tips.I would like to buy iphone 15 pro/max! how is the battery? how much screen on time do you get? with my s21 plus I finish the day with 20% juice and 5.3-6 hours of screen time.(no games,just text,calls 2 hrs,social,mail,bt watch)there is a big difference between 15 pro and 15 pro max in terms of battery life?thx in advance
Citydreamr
I’m enjoying the side button more than I would like to admit. The camera though is amazing I can’t stop trying all of its features.
My 15 Plus has a weak power button, I did some Research and I’m not the only one with this issue, it can happen to all 15s, you should take it to Apple immediately if yours has a weak power button.
Awesome content! Cheers for all the useful information 🎉🎉
Hey just a tip blur is not destructive when censoring personal info on a video, always use a full black bar to censor personal info in a video as people could reverse engineer the blur to see the personal info
Very helpful but did have to keep rewinding to keep up with you but thanks 👍
Didnt get much time to play with my new 15 Pro Max since it was stolen 3 days ago unfortunately. I do love the Protect your notes option. I do have a lot of info saved in my notes for my small business. Love this new feature. 😊 Thanks for this video.
Hi Monica, sorry to hear about the theft of your 15 Pro Max. I hope you got insurance and will soon have a new one. Thanks for the feedback and, in spite of the theft, Happy Holidays!
In my region, I save significant battery life by having 5G enabled-the implementation is pretty good so far!
Thanks for this very useful tips, I followed several of them
Wow, that was extremely great video that you just gave us. I wonder if I could remember all that what you told us I have a iPhone 8 I bought it from day one brand new I find it very heavy. I am at second about getting the iPhone 15 Pro Max that was a great introduction. I hope I can meet you just set my phone up. I’m older gentleman and my wife has to mention she used to tell me all that kind of stuff. You’re sure you’re sure there are security buttons you have to press acknowledge. You have to know it sounds like a great Ford. It just makes me more eager to go and get White right now. I had knee surgery total knee surgery. I cannot go yet. I have to heal.
dynamic island is my favourite coz i can quickly keep track of sport score
Iphone users couldn't be happier with a bathtub in the screen congratulations
I love the channel look, very minimalist! Also was wondering, does the "i" in your profile stands for iPhone? lol I'm very random 😂
I leave that to the fantasy of others :)
The camera is the clearest and close ups are amazing I am texting on my IPhone 15 pro max
@Tech Book By Dion. Do the icloud backup also backup all the setting you shown in the video as well?, Please reply. I mean if I upgrade my phone generation does it backup the old settings which you shown. Thank you.
@mrcovels
My favorite feature is the new best way to use Siri and the Automatic updates,i no longer need to go to settings as do all the stress😅
Great video👏
Cheers Mate!👊
Very useful. Thank you for taking the time to help us x

By now you must have received it. I hope you enjoy it solar!
@@TechBookByDion I got the natural titanium and yes I like the 15 pro
@jatin.gidwani
One of the most admirable features of 15 pro is changing the default camera Lens. Many people might be prioritising zoomed in pictures and this feature might be very useful.
Good video Dion. 👍
Thanks
Take a shot every time he says highly recommend
@Street geng
Apple iphones are not the most feature packed phones but the security ,battery life and video quality that iphones have is truly impeccable.
Thank you so much for this video, it was very useful! You are appreciated 🏆
I really like change to USB-c and smaller bezels ^^
34th subscriber🍾🎉🎊🇵🇭
Thanks!
@myersont my favorite feature of the iphone 15pro is the USB-C port instead of a Lightning port, allowing them to be charged with a USB-C cable
