- Escoffier student Amy G. shares her experience with the online Plant-Based program. As she eased into retirement she was looking for something that would be fulling and educational, and her search led her to culinary school. Being a lacto-ovo vegetarian, she was thrilled to discover not only a plant-based culinary program but an online one that fit her lifestyle. She loves the chef instructors in the plant-based program and the flexibility that the online program offers her, saying that it has opened her up to opportunities she never would have imagined if it weren't for Escoffier.
