Spare Tire or Repair Kit ? [Toyota Alphard / Harrier]

For the alphard without spare tire, would I be able to purchase a spare tire and secure it in the compartment? I'm assuming the alphard that comes with the spare tire have a shaft and nut to secure it.

What they do usually is purchase a space saving online and put it together with non slip mat.

What spare tire size is suitable for 2020 Alphard v6? Is it a standard size across all alphards or vellfire?

T155/80R17. Make sure it clears brake calliper and PCD 5X114.
