I love how fully Rex trusts Ahsoka to not hit him by accident. He's not limiting his movements at all, even with 2 sabers in full swing in close proximity.
They worked together for so long Rex trusts are absolutely.

The clones never miss. Except for the 501st legion the stormtroopers were recruited humans. Its actually stated that humans are the basic marksmen in all the galaxy and the imperial equipment was mass produced.
And that boys and girls is how the Stormtroopers got their aim and yes I know later on they switch over from clones to regular human civilian recruits but still funny as hell nonetheless 😂

I love how they're using the same Sword and Shield maneuver that showed up in Rebels - The Sword fights and then ducks behind the Shield to defend. A classic two-person battle tactic with Jedi and Clones and they fall into it seamlessly.
David Sangrey I thought the same thing. It’s a nice reference because here they thought it was the end of the Republic, but Rex got to relive it one last time.
@@Mtab2260 Moreover, it shows how much Rex and Ahsoka truly care about each other - to her, he's not just another clone he's someone she'll put her life on the line for, and for him, he'll do the same. They're not just fighting for their own survival, they are a true duo, fighting for each other's.

Rex using stun unlike a CERTAIN COMMANDER who used kill.
If it's any consolation, Vader snapped Fox's neck pretty early on.
The Coruscant Guard was pretty much like a country's National Guard, where many of the members aren't really experienced in combat and thus make brash decisions, except for a few, like Commander Thorne who had one hell of a last stand, but they all shared this stronger sense of loyalty towards Palpatine than most other clones at the time before Order 66. Fox did get his comeuppance though thankfully.

This has good writing. The movies don’t have even that.
This franchise is literally like a bus stop. Loads of them come but they don’t take u where u wanna go, then suddenly loads of the buses that go to where u need to go show up at once.

Maul's rampage: Clones are decapitated, crushed, almost cut in half, lose limbs, fall to their deaths, forced to shoot each other, choked and beaten senseless. Calling this a "diversion" is like calling the dropping of the atomic bombs on Japan "a bit excessive".

she indirectly killed all of them by releasing maul, im pretty sure that metal door cracked a skull or two XD
Here's what should have happened: Ahsoka has R7 remove the inhibitor chips from all the soldiers that Rex just stunned. From there those troopers go out, stun some more, and bring them to the medical bay. This continues til all the surviving 332nd and clone crew are freed and the Coruscant Guards on board are neutralized (chip or not, the Shock Troopers are no doubt loyal to Sidious). Then the ship makes a 180 and returns to Mandalore to make a stand with the Nite Owls against the Empire. For this plot to work of course, Maul would have to have been executed in the previous episode.
There was no way Rex and Ahsoka could hold off every Clone on the ship for that to work. Remember after Jesse corned the two of them in the hangar bay he ordered every Clone soldier to join them even though he had dozens of Clones with him already.
The issue here is that the door was busted and the operation takes several minutes, plus time to move the person to the medical station and for them to wake up.
There is no way that is going to work
I just noticed that some of the helmets of the 332nd seem to have somewhat worn paintjobs. Either it’s because the paint has just been slowly wearing off, or due to Order 66, they’ve deliberately tried to get rid of the paintjobs as it resembled Ahsoka. Either way, it’s a nice attention to detail.

Something I really appreciate about the way TCW ended was how it showed how much Ahsoka grew and changed. She truly embraced the Jedi ideals regarding protecting the innocent, even when those innocents had her marked for death. She would not strike them down. Unlike most of the Jedi of her time, she stuck to her beliefs, even in an intense, life threatening situation where killing her attackers would make perfect sense and no one would think ill of her for it.

I always questioned why after they were all stunned they didn’t bother to remove the chips from the clones unconscious, i know they lost the door and it would take time but would have some on their side
It would be nice if Ashoka and Rex rescue some of the Clones from their chips after stunning them.
They cant because to many clones and plus it takes time that they dont have

They messed up. They could have saved those clones by taking their chip out. And then do the same with the rest. This makes me sad and now I cry

Couldn’t they have converted more clones right there like have a squad or more I mean they knocked out just take out their chips too
Not enough time. And it was an actual miracle through sheer determination and the power of the force that they were able to locate Rex's chip.

Dont get me wrong i absolutely love the season finale, but an entire star destroyer worth of clones and they only landed a single shot on each, ik ahsoka was there to block fire and all, but what about when ahsoka was trying to stop maul from leaving and rex had to fend them off, only a single shot landed lol, no hate to the series but that one thing did catch my eye a little cuz of how much better clones are to stormtroopers
