Interviews are daunting in nature but for level of the position she was applying for she could have prepared better. She struggled to articulate and interpret the laws...thats scary.

Unfortunately interwiews are in most cases daunting in nature.

Stigma of being a mature woman in a workplace is terrible people see you as sick you brain can function well, I definitely lazy.
