Fraser 500-1 Wool or fabric cutter/cloth slitter/rug hook & #4 cutting Wheel
This machine is in excellent clean working condition. You can see me cutting through felt cloth. The pieces of fabric are cut and come apart cleanly. Different sized blades can be interchanged easily on this machine by loosening the bolt underneath. The wrench is included.
