Although it's in 2 parts like both Mephiles's themes in 06, these are both remixes of his 2nd theme from 06. Makes sense considering where this battle takes place but I still would've liked to hear a mix of the first one ngl
The first boss against Mephiles in 06' has a better feel and the second part of this mix is the one that resembles it the closest. Still, if I want to hear that song, I can just go and listen to this song, I like the different feels they all invoke.

The ending of 06 has elise dose a event so that solaris never exsted in the first place so mephlise cant have exsted so shadow dosent remember, he is only back due to the time eater creating the white space and this is his only chance to being brought back into the timeline
@@jockson7574 Pretty much anyone EXCEPT Mephiles himself, who experienced being erased from the timeline, and is now desperate to just restore his place in the canon after the Time Eater's antics have brought him back.
In the end of 06, the game’s events were erased from time with the implication that only Sonic and Elise have any memories of it. Mephiles clearly remembers, but he too was erased from time and is locked into the dimension between time that Generations takes place in.

they really went all out on the Boss themes. . . except for Metal Overlord, this theme slaps tho!
