AMS2 is my favorite exactly because of the ease of use, just hop in and drive whatever and however. FH5 has a surprisingly decent FFB and it accepts generic devices like shifters and handbrakes, a good "driving game" with the open world and the cars you like.

That's actually base Kunos content. It's the Lotus Exos 125. It's a formula style car with a few different stages. Great car! Take it for a spin!

RF2; for high quality online racing
AMS2; for F1 with complete season skin mods & AI driver data (& doing stupid stuff like driving as 1991 Nigel Mansell around the Sudschleife)
AC; mod fest orgy innit
ACC; probably my least favourite, but still an impressive sim
