Getting coached by A10 was the best thing I ever did in terms of trying to improve at Overwatch. I got a replay review 2 days ago and since then I went through the detailed feedback, more than what I expected, and turned the entire review into around 10 main fundamental points that I've started to implement into my gameplay. I'm already at the highest rank I've ever reached and only 5 net wins from GM. Cannot recommend his services enough.
Update: I hit GM and have just gotten a live coaching session from A10 and the value of that experience was on another level compared to the replay review.

@@shebjjeje9720 People that only care about pvp aren't going to quit just because of no pve. Personally I don't care about it, even if they wasted years of development time they are still releasing content right now so who cares. Wouldn't call the game dead yet, you just sound kinda upset to me

@Nathanasiel Hernandez It has nothing to do with PvP vs PvE. It has to do with trust. You can't trust a company to keep OW2 a live service game. It will soon go into maintenance and content will be canned

I'm honestly blown away by your content. If there was an undergraduate level course for Overwatch I would want you to be my teacher. Just great voice and such an insight to really break down every moment of a game. I recommend you to everyone who plays. Amazing stuff.

As a tank-support main, Thanks, this added to my ideas of how to get more impact when I play dps. Your content is always amazing and I learn a lot about the things that seem obvious, but arnt when you dont know them. The basics and examples you show are very clear. i have been playing this game pretty casually since launch, but you provide the single best approach to the game of any of the youtube coaches i've seen. i don't even play dps but the way you describe positioning clearly and concise and ACTUALLY teach is incredible. absolutely love this content.
I got coaching from this man, and not only did he help me improve my fundamentals a TON, but he also gave me confidence in my own abilities. Amazing coach. (GM on 2 accounts now btw and I keep up in my games just fine).
any tips for a bronze player lol, I cant seem to get out of bronze. (Bronze 1-3) Sometimes I be thinking its the lack of mechanical skill but I cant seem to notice an improvement doing these aimtrainer maps. (playing ashe mainly, but also like sombra and tracer)
I really enjoy learning about game sense and everything but I cant incorporate that into my games somehow
@@seeNoEvilhearNoEvil_remember the fundamentals, what’s the goal of a dps? To deal damage, get kills and pressure the other team. If you’re shooting the tank from a low value angle, is that doing any of your goals as a dps? Remember to off angle more often, prioritise enemies with no resources and or low health, and make sure to play cover and corners.

This video showcases how important timing is, not just as Tracer but as any hero. Baiting abilities is one thing, but if your team isn't there to follow up you're being counterproductive.

I wish I had this earlier. I’m t500/gm1 now and this is still useful but if I had this earlier I’d have climbed so much faster
Your audio mix is very low. My default volume in these headphones is 30% and to hear what you're saying in this review I need at least 50%.
If I can give feedback I think many people would appreciate if you or your editor premixed the audio to standard. For reference if you don't already you'd probably want -12.8 for a low-dynamics conversational recording like this. I can't say if this is the core issue ofc since RUclips also automatically down-mixes any video that peaks above their prescribed maximum, but it might be worth checking out!

@@joshopalmoose It's totally valid feedback. The talking volume is about half of what other channels typically use. It's raining here right now, and if it were any harder, it'd be tough to hear.

Just taking notes for myself
Our goal as DPS is killing people. pushing out angles or creating space, taking off angles, and looking for positions with sightlines that create a good trade (1v1 instead of 1v3 / low value sightlines) are tools we use to get us the best chance to get elims.
When retreating or losing a trade, retreat in a way that creates high value and avoids retreating into space they are actively looking to take (ie don't blink / retreat into their soon-to-be sightlines, break LoS and make them chase in ways that create space for your team)
(Especially) When there are no "good" sightlines available that let you flank / push out effectively, see if your team is creating space around the objective. If so, be annoying / create an opening for your team from an off angle. If you do it too early, your team won't be ready and you'll absorb too much pressure
wonderful class, I noticed I did many of those angle and space moves instinctively with my assassin hanzo, but now I'll have even more control over my positioning
What if there's a competent sombra who constantly tries to f*** you up while you're off-angling? His damage increase makes the 1v1 favors him, and worst of all, he strike right at the moment you engage his team or low on ammo. In this case do you still off angle or play with your team? I seriously can't think of a solution to fight good sombra. Like if you decide to play with team, he will just off angle your team. Or am I supposed to just 'get better' and win the 1 v 1? It's not gonna be fair fight tho, like I said he wait until you're occupied then strike.
To my knowledge at least if you know she going to stoke you on off angle save most of your resources for that exact moment

The is the most helpful video of OW i've ever seen. A few matches i improved by A LOT after applying these concepts. Now i can finally reach Master more easily XD

Hey a10 are you considering a unranked to gm for Winston or Reinhardt?
Unranked to gms aren’t gonna make you improve at the game, especially when he’s in high elo the entire time.
a10 activate youre god danm windows x). Also when you have activated you can disable fullscreen opptimizaton it will give you higer fps i dont think it works unactivated

So what rank is gm5 in terms of ow1? Because it is definitely not 4000 sr. I’m guessing 3600?

Roadhogs hook is one of the hardest skills to master... you have to predict speed trajectory momentum and velocity aswell as healing yourself and tanking... roadhog has the heigest skill ceiling in the game
