"Nothing about that game was my fault and i still lose" welcome to the world of supports
welcome to team based game, support have bap, kiri and ana who can carry almost any game
@avadanocum6495 had 20k healing, clutch sleeps, clutch nanos and good damage. I killed squishies and focused the eco that everyone ignored. Still lost.
@@Army-cs9dz Did you help with the objective? Then that's why you lost
sometimes it really feels like the best player in the world wouldve still lost and thats really frustrating
@@avadanocum6495only if you are better at dpsing than the enemy supports AND actual DPS at no detriment to your supportive ability, meaning you're probably playing an entire division below your skill.
Being just a bit better is not enough to carry, because supports are force multipliers. Your job is to enhance the capabilities if your DPS and tank. 1,5*0=0
In other words, supports have the lowest potential to carrying a team of bad players.
Support feels so rewarding when your team is genuinely trying even if they are not the better players. My comp games I have monkeys running it down and losing their minds, while QP where all the true demons live whenever I play this fucking game lmao

36:53 I think bro lost some sanity that game 😭
you mean it gets worse from 27:30?
“I proved support is easy” proceeds to have mental breakdown on why support is not so easy
Mad respect for the outlook on that stupid unranked to gm craze. Only thing I ever learned from those videos is how to abuse the broken ranked system. lol. It'd actually be more interesting to see those streamers do a GM to bronze challenge by playing like the stereo types of the rank theyre in.
streamers who do that kind of stuff should use a bronze account that have been bronze for 2 years at least. They cannot beat the mmr and how the game forces it to be balanced so you win 50% and lose 50%...
Some of them are useful like a10's because he actually explains things during the game.
@@sentokigames151 doing a true bronze to gm like that instead of a fresh account would take monthsss. it would be far more entertaining too
@@sentokigames151 they can use my account then 😂😂
Found a youtube hidden gem. Massively underrated youtuber
watch him pop off
there’s no way he stays undiscovered for long with content like this
He’s popping off
this makes me wonder how I keep getting healbotting kirikos in my master game
haven’t lost a single time to them or won with them
7:24 its really interesting to hear this perspective since as someone who primarily plays support and rarely plays DPS, the most fun part of mercy for me is being able to so easily zip around and make sure everyone's healthy or popping valk while damage boosting to win a team fight
idk its really rewarding to be able to keep someone alive in a fight where they would've lost otherwise, that or help someone bounce back after taking a bunch of damage
i think i've always wanted to be the playmaker, like be the most in control of how the team fight plays out, that's why i lean more towards heroes with more carry potential, i just believe that mercy is the support with the lowest carry potential if that makes sense!
@@theoryez nah i get what u mean !! mercy is definitely designed around being like, THE support(tm) so its really difficult to do anything without having teammate nearby. I think i remember even receiving advice as mercy where if all your allies die in a team fight and you're the last one remaining, its usually better to find a way to die ASAP than to try and run or take on a fight solo since that way you'd be able to push alongside the rest of your team.
BTW i really enjoyed your video !! looking forward to see more :-)
That advice applies to everyone actually! That's why sometimes you'll see me just take my hands off the keyboard when a lot of people have died on my team, it's because I'm trying to die faster to respawn faster!
Thank you for the support though, hope to have the tank video out soon!
Finally, a Mercy enjoyer who understands me. I dont main Mercy anymore because I got tired of relying on unreliable teammates, but when everyone harps about how they "dont understand how anyone finds Mercy fun," I immediately reply with her mobility. Yeah, having to rely on others all the time gets annoying, but theres a type of satisfaction that comes with GA mobility, and I dont think anyone except maybe Lucio players can understand what I mean
@@db2xxyes, not staggering yourself or teammates is very core to every hero. If you really wanna min max it, arguably you should stop healing if the fight is lost and theres no chance for a kill, just to let everyone die faster. And rezzing in a 2v5 is obv just awful since the person who just got rezzed will have to wait the entire respawn timer again
the food comparisons made this video SO GOOD.
this is one of the most enjoyable overwatch videos i've ever watched. definitely gave me motivation to rank up too

I think the take on Mercy, as a Mercy main, reminds me of how different peoples POV’s of a character can be. I find her extremely fun, once you learn her movement. I see that most people who are learning or lean towards DPS or Tank kind of just… stand? There? And get killed of easily because of that. Same thing with other supports. I always find it entertaining when once you play a character, you realize it’s not all you thought. Every role has its trials and tribulations, but not everyone is meant for each role. Great video!!
I definitely prefer playmaking rather than enabling, but to each their own! Thanks for the support though? (haha get it?)
mercy is shit tho

you are the most underrated youtuber I've seen YEARS. my abs hurt from laughing XD keep up the great content!
this video actually so fire. u got a new sub with this one, this video was really well put together.
43:44 some pointers for tank is to wait for your team, know when to initiate dives and focus supports. initate a dive when the other team has used a lot of cooldowns and/or when your team uses an ulti. prioritize cover and taking the least amount of damage possible because the 20% dps passive will eat you alive. I think thats it though, great content!
thanks for the tips! hope to implement them in my latest video!

what makes Mercy so fun is that she's like a bird, you fly everywhere from target to target. Think like a bird, it's funny

Hey man I saw your latest video AKA the tank one and I just wanted to say that you are truly underrated, and I hope to see a DPS related vid!
your editing is carrying bro keep it up, you're gonna be well known i promise
i went from plat 5 to plat 1 without losing on support then lost my diamond game to a blatant smurf (they had no skins had never played a previous season and was walking through my team like butter), then lost again and again till i deranked to plat 2 and thats where ive been stuck for 2 days
this is so high quality, didnt expect you to have less than 1k subs when i checked
ngl, this vid made me want to try the other supports besides mercy and kiri to see how far i can actually get
all roles are easy the difference is whether or not you can use your brain. i play supp/dps and placed tank masters 4 on a fresh account for fun after just babysitting my teams. "go here, use this ult as we engage, if we lose one, pop this ult, otherwise hold. no ults here no ults here. dry engage here to bait ults, save all of ours for the end of the clock. lets back up here back up back up behind your tank, okay walk back in focus mercy here mercy mercy mercy."
only on dps should you not be making calls like that and instead should be perma taking safe off angles with priority on surviving and treating engagements like chess, and on support the biggest thing you can learn to do is monitor what your dps is actively damaging and lay supportive damage on them in between support shots and focus them instead of your own targets for your own kills.
I have a rule where if I lose 3 in a row I get off or take a break
As a zen main, lucio is one of those characters who i need to have in my bag of characters i can play at the most basic level but will never put in the time to get actually good on. Lucio existing makes a comp sometimes, and no other character fills his niche, so hes extremely valuable to know the basics on, but beyond that his skill ceiling is so high and i just dont enjoy him enough to ever put real time into him.
Also, brig is the counterswap queen.
so uhh... brig is not supposed to be played as a melee brawler most of the time... if you're in the distance where ram can put his fists in your mouth, your positioning is unique
Lucio is a great hero for this reason: You know if you're doing well it's because you're a good player... 'cuz he's not a very good hero. I'd argue his value goes up in scrim/teamplay but he's tough to do in solo q. Also you've surely seen awkward and ML7 play Ana. You have to be actively glocking kids if you want to win.
7:24 the best mercy describtion ive ever seen
Your first clip was smooth brain moment tbh
you’re going to get 10k subscribers in no time trust me 🙏
that was neat, well back to fighting games.
Hardest part of playinf support is having a second competent support
Goddamn it, as soon as I recognized it was your channel, I knew I was in this video lmao
Tip for brig: you want to play her as an anti dive hero to protect your other healer.
Or dps she's basically there to help punish dives
fucking died when you were hyping the echo up just for the teamate to leave lmfaooo
3:39 bro let him inner Deku outside
I sat here as an Illari/Mc....Cassidy main thinking....Bro is gonna get to Illari and realize that she's a dps that can heal, like a better Soldier 76.
Bro this shit was fire u deserve fame (: I’m looking forward for the tank one. I honestly think u coocked so hard on this one it can’t get even better 💀
Ah the infamous dot bug. It would be nice if they made a arcade mode with that bug. It would be fun.
this editing is really great, do you use ae? or maybe premiere?
i use premiere pro!
You know what’s crazy? Illiari and kiriko do more dmg on headshot then gengi’s dragon blade.
In bronze-plat playing with tank as Brig is still viable playstyle. But when you go above that, it's better idea to almost always be "The Protector" of your fellow Ana, Bap etc. because flankers are so prominent at this game.
Bro def knows about gen 7 and its bangers
exactly why i stopped playing support for a while and had fun on tracer, way fun and don’t have to rely too much on team. -ex lucio, mercy main
i played support before, and most mercy's never hit and most of them basically only get lucky when they are not hit, when the team they have do sometimes have egos, lifeweaver is not easy to understand but when you understand some supports, lifeweaver will be easier to learn, but however season10 was lifeweavers worst luck pretty much, but however that's if you choose healbot mode, if you choose to defend yourself or moira version of lifewever it will be easier to help teh team, heal the team and defend yourself
but also the higher you go, the more you will stick with heros on supports that are not mercy
and i do have tips for you when you play ana, most ana's focus on hitting, and if your other support is hitting just focus on healing, pretend your allies are your targets and pretend your widow
Support can be so annoying when some people on ur team are absolute dog BUT support is so rewarding when everything goes good and ur team does well even if you don’t win for me it feels rewarding when u guys actually do good
It's gonna be hella on time comment, but any way. You know that you can hold right click on kiri to use all 10 ofudas on 1 target and do 130 heal per 1-1.5 sec, right?) not to mention it's autoaim for you. Kiri have one of the most heals output in game, add here crazy mobility and small hitbox, rather fast immortality cooldown, ability to land 120 damage per shot and the best supp ult in the game.Imagine playing healbot ana with aimbot - that's what kiri heal is. Dunno why you dislike her
I think support is probably the easiest role, but because of that i think many people dont realize how bad they are, also i think its the hardest role to get out of bronze with since you are entirely reliant on your team, why do i say this, I PLAY FLEX
the fact that americans put ketchup w their fries will always baffle me as a dutch person.
dutch or belgian mayonaise is the true path for fry condiments
How about both together?
im going to say just based on the thumbnail that illari is the least support support
The least surprising part of the video was the Fortnite pros being assholes. Enjoyed the video.
as a dps main u should love lucio tbh
that's what i thought too!!

It's the tomato sauce. I hate tomatoes. Cheese bread kicks absolute ass though.
Im the total opposite of you my favorites are lucio, ana kiri and lifeweaver
As a support main who plays mercy I can confirm this is easy when i win
The everyone is a dot bug used to get me alllll the time when I played on Xbox
Why do I recognize you, did you run open queue on bastion a few seasons back or smthn?
he indeed did
ok season 5 ball player i still have the clip of you saying derogietory
@@theoryez did you mean to write derogatory?
derogietory. outplayed.tv/media/6G2BZm/overwatch
@@theoryez why's ur mic in my left ear lol
As a tank player, support ks much more fun and generally easier
With how much you like Lebron James, I wouldn't be surprised if you played Multivurses just to main him.
Actually Moria is pretty good in high elo because of her healing output
It's not her healing output it's her mobility and hoe simple she is she can chase a low HP target for a kill she can peel for her team has good healing numbers it's cause there's not many situations where she's bad outside playing with flyers
12:59 I don’t know the specifics of that game, but I do know that as a Bap main myself you could have done more damage. If you position in a way as Bap where you can see both the enemy team and your tank, you can shoot-heal-shoot-heal, and not lose any heal or DPS output. Most of the games I win on Bap my healing and damage stats are almost the same, (+/-1000). If you can weave damage in you can confirm a lot of the kills your hog couldn’t get on his own. But like I said there is a lot of info missing so that might not have been the problem, I just wanted to point out a common problem I see with new Bap players.
yeah, i realized that you could hold down both buttons and i would shoot basically off cd, but i found it hard to either flick whenever they swapped, or position myself between my tank and the enemy, so i often just picked an off angle to play instead
@@theoryez IMO The hardest part of Bap is optimizing both his heals and DPS. Positioning in such a way that you can do both is essential to effectively playing Bap. It’s good to remember that you can simultaneously off angle, heal, and DPS if the conditions are right. Whether you are at a horizontal off angle at another piece of cover, vertical with high ground, or even just super jumping to shoot over a shield. Off angles and the shoot-heal or shoot-shoot-heal combos are not always mutually exclusive.
As for the flicking between heals and dps, it takes some time to learn. Eventually it just becomes a rhythm and feels as natural as just shooting. I have like 200 hours on just Bap though, but it doesn’t take that long to get the patterns down.
With all that being said, I still need to finish watching your awesome video. 🤘
Lifeweaver dash heals him! Not useless great movement when you need to rush to petal or pull someone
as a lucio one trick , you broke bones and didnt focus on the motion what can i say 🤷♂️
1:08 graph is outdated, mercy heals at 55 continuous, and kiri heals at 76.5
And there's no Illari
you can also tell it's outdated by the fact illari and weaver are missing
if you play baptiste and heal your team or window their sightline you are playing bap WRONG.
Meanwhile my tank wants to bruteforce his counter, dps don't focus supports & wait for the tank to move up until something happens, I'm rotating Ana/Bap/Kiri every game while my other Support Is Mercy/Moira getting zero value. I've went from around 54% winrate to 45% this season so far.

People, people, people… if you’re on tank or dps and you, at any point, find yourself complaining to your LUCIO about heals because you died, uninstall the game.
i think it's fair to complain if they literally don't switch off speed for a second but i was literally perma healing that dude :(
How do you critique your own games, it's hard for me to watch back games and be like this is where I need to improve.

Quick tip to save you from accidentally bashing as Brig. Swap rebind your keybind for left click as melee. Then rebind your left click to something else like mouse 4. Trust me it'll save you a ton of headaches. I have well over 1000 hours on Brig and didn't do this until about 3 months ago. I shit you not I jumped a whole rank almost immediately.
i'll definitely give that a shot, thanks!
@@theoryez if you watch some of the higher ranked Brig players you'll see them do like a half flail then shield. Basically it's an animation cancel enabled by holding melee then pressing/releasing shield. This isn't possible if you use the normal left click because you'll shield bash.
@@wusaint cool! thanks for the tips!
They need to remove suzu + lamp + res from supports. stupid game ruining abilities. btw you dont need to write anything in reports they dont read them , and they just autoban ppl with enough reports no matter reasons. im very impressed you didnt get banned for toxicity if you said any of what you said on voice in chat.

Lol "since season 7" so like a week in Overwatch years...
season 7 of OW1!
Support is in fact easy but support players love to blame the DPS but they actually don’t only need to heal, they also need a good amount of kills to succeed, don’t be a Mercy one trick who think only healing matters. Most of the time supports are actually more better than DPS with damage and abilities. Just my opinion
it's easy but you actually have to play 2 roles in once, while sometimes even 3 since blizzard had the brillant idea to remove one tank from the team
15:17 I once had 0 deaths and highest kills and heal and assists And almost highest dmg and won but my genii cursed me for some reasons ( tbh idk if the enemy team had a Moira on their team and I didn’t notice or smtg )
