little tip, if you find hairpins and corners that you feel are too sharp for a simple brake drift, try performing a downshift drift. Just downshift for a split second to initiate the drift and immediately upshift back to maintain your speed.

Now this is one of those games growing up that always eluded me. I’ve seen Outrun 2006 in magazines all the time, but never got to find them at my local game stores or Best Buy’s. One day, I’ll find it...

Whenever i feel stressed out from real life, i always boot up Outrun 2006 to escape from reality. When i play this game, i feel so relaxed and made my mood better for the day. The drifting, being able to drive my dream Ferrari cars such as the GTO or Dino 246 (which i will never able to do in real life) and listening to the old and new version of Passing Breeze are the remedies for me. I adore this game and wish it gets a rereleased in the future because the physical copy is so expensive.

I loved this game as a kid - but I SUCKED at it haha! I remember finally getting through stages and feeling so proud of myself. Great videos as always!

I’m here wishing the Xbox version of Coast 2 Coast wasn’t such a huge money sink today. Vastly prefer the Xbox controller over DualShock 2, especially for this genre, and I also find it odd the game didn’t come to Xbox 360 as well. Regardless, I’m very glad that these two titles exist and racing games owe a lot to the OutRun series as a whole

This was interesting to watch.
This game is definitely in my top 3 favorites arcade games, with Crazy Taxi and Gauntlet Legends/Dark Legacy.
Too bad, I never had the chance to try it on an arcade cabinet with the steering wheel, this and Crazy Taxi are probably way more fun to play on a real arcade machine.
