  • The Wendy's Baconator is iconic and delicious, but not exactly low in calories. This is a recipe for a copycat Baconator that is HIGH in protein and LOW in calories! Only 485 calories with 54g of Protein! The Wendy's version is 960 calories and has 66g of fat. Mine has 22g of fat - ONE THIRD the fat of the original! This burger is absolutely delicious and can help you with your weight loss goals!

Once again, looks like you knocked it outta the park! I'm definitely going to try your recipe here!
It looked like an authentic Wendy's Baconator, too! Speaking of, if ya want a chuckle and/or early 90s cringe-fest, look up the old Wendy's training videos, especially Grill Skillz. You won't be disappointed there!

I forgot to mention in the video, but I used a Keto Culture hamburger bun. They're only 50 calories!

I've been working on my resume all day and this gave me a much needed break.

who doesn't love a good bacon double cheese burger? Well of course watching the calorie count we won't! So I am very glad you made this video as I am sure I will love this one!
But also I want to try the original wendy's Baconator just once.. I really wish to try their stuff a lot xD
    Mmmmm Hypocycloid burgers.

This looks better, bigger, and cheaper than Wendy's. When we need a quick meal we stop by there but it's getting costly. This looks so much easier. My wife also doesn't like Mayo but I do. So I will be trying this one as well.
You say you walk in the videos but I was wondering if you do other workouts? I'm noticing I'm staying level with trying the mindful eating but my workout just makes me beefy, it doesn't seem to cut the belly fat. I'm trying various tips but everyone is already super fit and I don't see anyone who really just confirmed what works.

Thanks! Yeah, fast food prices are getting crazy! I wish lean beef wasn't so expensive. I cook with ground chicken far more often for day-to-day meals because it's much cheaper, and it's also juicier. I'll be doing a video on crispy chicken patty sandwiches I make with ground chicken in the future.
The main 3 things I've been doing lately have been aiming to take hour long walks 5 days per week, I lift dumbbells for about an hour twice a week (mainly chest and arms, occasionally back,) and aim to be in a calorie deficit most days - meaning eating fewer calories than I burn. On average I burn between 2,500 to 3,500 calories a day, and I aim to eat between 1,900 and 2,600 calories per day. Mindful eating helped me to lose the bulk of the weight, but I was still struggling to get leaner. I kept hearing that one of the best ways to get leaner was to start lifting weights and building muscle. You can eat more calories that way and burn more fat. Anyway, that's what I've been trying the past few months and it's been helping.

@@TheCogIsShred I might not show this post to my wife... She loves walking. Guess I'll have to get longer walks in. She takes me to a nice no leash part to walk so I can roam free. She says it's for dogs, I think it's for husbands. We get just as distracted by squirrels.
