There's nothing quite like a nice meat, onion, potato and milk fry up. Just the thing to put you right in the morning after a night at the disco and that lot. All the spiciness from the sage would give me the sweats and make my eyes water and stuff so I would put something a bit less spicy like chilli powder or something like that. Fumbs up.
Kay why don’t you show us something that you would normally eat in a day and not somebody’s recipe? Your own recipe and that you actually eat… not hatin’ just curious…. More power to u Kay!
Nothing fixes you up for the day better than a "meat/Ham", onion, floury mix with evaporated milk, super soft potato and spicy sage meal. Mmmm, i can feel my bowels shifting already. Good job,
Would just love to say that I really appreciate all of these lovely recipes. Time and time again they inspire me to push myself in the kitchen. Sometimes as a chef it can be hard to come up with specials and new dishes when inspiration doesn't always come, i can however always count on you to give me ideas! Fumbs up 👍
@@KaysCooking A fry up is when you take bacon, egg, black pudding, mushrooms etc, cook them to your liking, and arrange them on a plate. You burnt milk and butter in a pan with ham.
Love these long videos Kay. I love to listen to them while I'm cooking. If I'm cooking with my husband I always tell him "hi people and I'm back cooking again and today I'm making _____" and I tell him "I'm doing it my way and if you don't like it my way you can piss off because it's my way". Also, don't you hate it when you season your food with sage and it goes too spicy 🥵 good job you added a splash of milk!
I did a Fry up last night, I had some tomato sauce, pinto beans (spanish style, not baked) , white rice... added hamburger and spices, dirty rice in a Wok. :P Keep up the hard work Kay!
Hey Kay, big fan here! I am going to try and recreate this masterpiece so I was wondering: what type of meat did you use exactly? I want to stay true to the recipe after all!

I adore your videos Kay I'm in hospital at the moment so your videos are taking my mind off the pain. I make it with Spam so I'll have to try it with cooked ham. ❤
Can you post the recipe so I can figure out if this was supposed to have a sauce or gravy aspect to it? Also, my British husband is severely offended you called this a fry up 🥲😅
It was a joy to see you post today Kay, me and my mom LOVE watching you! Planning on getting some of your merch for my mom on Christmas! (Also your cut during the taste taste fucking GOT us)

Would love a link to the recipes you use for these videos Kay. Thanks for cooking again.
Always remember to let the milk evaporate when making a roux, so it doesn't make the flour wet. And beware of spicy sage.
Spicy sage ha ha ha.that got me.

Agree.. What do you actually eat Kay?? Your day to day, I would like to see too!!
Kay I made this meal exactly like you did and my sphincter imploded
Which one?
Lovely!
Too much sage
I do love how Kay revealed what kind of meat it was about 80% into the video
What was it? I missed it. I even went back to the beginning, when she put the meat in.
I thought it was tuna this whole time
It was 100% pure ham well it said that on tin
@@KaysCooking You're such a tease. You kept the suspense going. You'd be great at writing thrillers in the style of Agatha Christie.

Got to love that spicy sage! Keep your habanero peppers, sage is where the real heat is! 🔥
Lee can't have too much of that SPICY sage.

Biblically accurate fry-up
"good amount of salt"
Kay: *adding 4 and a half grains of salt*
Give her a break, she didn't want it too spicy
Kay can't have salt
I still have no idea what this abomination was meant to be.
I'm even more confused about what ingredient was spicy... SAGE IS A HERB!!
