Love Quinn's vocals, and Aria's bass lines are great! I was so surprised how heavy this version is compared to the live version I saw last year. And it was so cool seeing you with Jessie and Dane and FTF

They are really good. This song is really heavy, and everything sounds amazing. I'm really hoping for an American tour opening for The Warning. I think they would be great together. I'm only in Montana, so we are not too far apart. The Pub Station in Billings, MT would be a great place to see them on their first solo tour in the USA also.

Amazing song, such a heavy and thick riff. Quinn’s vocals, the harmonies, Aria’s thunderous bass lines, and Jonah…playing blindfolded, are you kidding me?! 😂💪 They said that was real and they had a blast doing it. I’m really looking forward to their first EP, I’m on board.
My recent discoveries of TW and FTF have reinvigorated my interest in new music that I haven’t felt for a long time. It’s one thing to get the attention of my age demographic (old school 70’s/80’s rock)…I truly hope they reach and inspire their age groups. I think they’re off to a great start.

Aria's bass playing has so much muscle. There are a bunch of great female metal bassists out there right now, like Alice Pandini, Vanja Slajh, Jamie Lee Cussigh, Mia Wallace, Trish Doan, Becky Baldwin, etc., and soon her name will be mentioned with them.
And Ale from the warning even though it’s not metal but she is awesome

Ale is one of the greatest rock bassists out there. Listening to Aria, I hear a Tool influence, more than anything. She has some incredibly interesting lines. Wait until you hear Broken Glass.

This song is definitely a banger! It's hard to believe this is only their second official single, that's just insane. You can definitely hear the Spiritbox influence as well. I hadn't thought about Jonah not being able to see while drumming in this video but he looks like Daredevil with the blindfold and I'm sure it has something to do with the line "nations hide their eyes" but I haven't been able to catch most of the lyrics yet.

The sound is impressive. Both from a performance perspective, also from a production perspective.
There are veteran bands across the globe that would kill to sound this good.

they had support from around the world for their kickstarter and i was lucky enough to be a part of it. the shot 5 videos in 10 hrs in dec in B.C.and this is the second of their debut album. their are great people and work hard for what they want
In this, Quinn's vocals remind me of Jackie Parry from Dianthus. LOOK THEM UP.
I was keeping an eye on this young band, as I saw a lot of potential, but was not convinced by what they had released yet, but if this is an indication of where it's going, then I will be onboard for sure. 🤘🏻

While containing both structural and lyrical elements of the original version posted there have been a number of drastic changes. They are practically two different, but connected, songs. This version is structurally more complex, while being lyrically simpler. The spoken word section is an interesting choice, and adds a somewhat sinister touch to the song. This version is louder, but somehow more melodic. The first version has a more straight forward drive, and is both lyrically and vocally angrier. It also has a more personal feel. This version has more of an anthemic feel. This version plays for the crowd, a call to action perhaps, the first version is basically a gauntlet to the face.
It is kind of like getting a view of both early on, and then towards the end of a hero's journey storyline.
I enjoy both versions, and am curious to see what comes next.

I feel like you need to know about Proper Man. I gather they're kind of a big brother band to Freeze The Fall. Highly recommend checking out 'Bloodless', filmed live at Crown and Thieves. They're like a better Wallflowers.

A Warning inspired band.
I think TW had some influence as another 3 piece but musically very different and I don’t think they are really trying to emulate TW in any way.
I’m sure FTF appreciates the cross over from TWA but they seem to be forging their own direction.
There are definitely correlations between the bands which seem to more of a factor of the number of members and the way 3 piece bands have to play stylistically to produce their sound with said number of instrumentalists.
I’m a huge TW fan and am very interested in what FTF are doing and I’m not saying that TW doesn’t have any influence but I don’t think it’s nearly as much as some in TWA are making it out to be. Just my opinion…

Oh ashlena. You do know when Freeze the Fall was being filmed. The band wasn't really playing. They were pretend playing to a back track. Cause if it was live. Why no echo with the singers voice since she wasn't mic'ed up. They film this in a barn.
So of course the drummer wasn't playing the drums totally blindfolded. Didn't see him do any fills in the video.
Oh ashlena. Before you criticize me. Which is fair. I did contribute to their Kickstarter Campaign for these videos & studio time. I still believe in these kids. 100%. This is just a learning step for them. Hopefully, they'll learn from the mistakes they made. Like this video. And to improve the next go round.

Musical arrangement and performance are *great.* Vocals might be great, but I can't hear them. They're buried in the mix. I heard maybe one word out of three. This is fixable with proper vocal processing. I wanna hear what they have to say!
I get it. They are still a fairly new band so it’s gonna take a bit for them to get it perfect but I have to say this mix is way better than their previous tracks
@@ashlenamusic It's not what you have, it's how you use it that counts. If they got this far, vocal mixes are easily improved.

On *Glitch,* the drummer wore a stupid mask. On *Daughter's of Witches* drummer wore a blindfold.

When I first saw the video. I like the song right away. Than I concentrated on the video. Boom. Drummer blindfolded. *Why??* Their first video *Glitch.* Drummer had a mask on. *Why??* Both times it was a distraction from the rest of the video. Both videos went nowhere. Both videos are terrible. Would of been better making one good video instead of two lousy videos.
I just hope they learn from their mistakes from this first round. And people like you, ashlena, have an opportunity to help these kids on the mistakes they made by pointing them out when you talk to them.
The Warning did it by being creative. Not a lot of money but being creative. The kids of Freeze to Fall has to be creative with no money. They certainly don't need people who's afraid to say what they did stinks. Because they will do it again.
There’s a way to help and a way to just be mean.
He went to the bands channel and dumped this garbage on them. I wish people would just start blocking him.
Kevin I feel like your comments in the past (mostly regarding TW) have been honest and you've made some good points. But yeah this just seems rude and mean. Nothing wrong with being honest and expressing an opinion but no need to be rude while doing it.
