I have just come to the stage of having my Menu with settings etc on my Quest 3S. Sorry for stupid questions…: I should be able to play the games that are already on it without connection with WiFi, right? I should have games on it, but it doesn’t seem like it. Which games should be there, and how do I start them?
The only pre installed games are first steps and first encounters. You’ll see first encounters in your home environment- it’s the rocket - so point and click on it. Select the square icon on your menu to see games - games will appear here if you have had a previous headset. You’ll need WiFi to download the games but not to play them unless multiplayer online.
@@EatSleepVR Thanks for the reply. I will check it again later. For me ”pre installed” means the same as the whole game is on the unit (downloaded) and ready to be played. Maybe I am wrong about that meaning of it?
@EatSleepVR: I played First Encounters earlier. My first played game on my first VR device. It was fun, those furballs just kept coming from outside into my world. And I got to experience the immersive Meta Horizon world instead of passthrough image. Nice! A friend had me go on a rollercoaster on his device a couple of years ago. It must have been on the first Oculus Quest. I didn’t see First Steps though in the device.
i am thinking of buying the meta quest 3 but i dont really want to spend 600$ on the better one im thinking of buying the 3s will it be way different, because i have tested the better one and not the 3s.
how big is the field of view upgrade compared to quest3s?
So what headset would you recommend buying if i had a quest 2 before?
Quest 3 as this would be a major upgrade
Let’s go your back uploading
Hey! Can you recommend me a battery strap for the quest 3 in AUD?
Check out Kiwi design they have battery straps that are comfortable and practical - look for them on Amazon or kiwidesign.com

The image quality is noticeably different with the 3 because of the lenses. You could consider a secondhand one maybe.
Great video!
Can you please upload some videos of games that you play?
