Samsung does this with their phones too. They use Snapdragon processors in the US and I think a couple other countries, and then their in-house Exynos processor for the rest of the world. Year after year the Exynos doesn't perform as well and lots of people get frustrated.
It’s not that convoluted, Samsung s90d in US the 42 inch 48 inch and 83 inch are WOLED last 4 of model is EXZA and the 55,65,77 are QDOLED LAST 4 are FXZA.

So would u say the 65 inch in USA is safe to buy for the s90d or is there a risk still?
Yea 65 inch in USA is safe for QD OLED panel as well as 55 inch & 77 inch sizes
In Germany we have the modell S94D do you think this tv have W-Oled or QD- Oled ?
That I'm not sure think over there it's only 65 inch model and all other sizes are WOLED panels
