1999 Mercedes Benz ML320 ML 320 Center Support Carrier Bearing Tutorial Fix Repair Video #1

A couple things I didn't mention in the video.

Although the car is all wheel drive, if you remove the rear drive shaft the car will not move, the transfer case transfers the power to the area with least resistance. So it sends the power to the rear axle which is non existent once you remove it. I was hoping that once I removed it I could spin the front axle and the remaining carrier bearing section to try and replicate the sound I was hearing. Unfortunately this is not possible.
A local shop put a stethoscope on it and told me it was my rear differential. I didn't think it was so I decided to check for myself.
