I’ve had mine a week now.
Really enjoy it. Easy to ride. Planted. Fun.
Reliable. Cost efficient. Really nothing to complain about.

Recently bought one of these as a 50th birthday present to myself. Love it! Great fun and helps save my S1000XR for the summer! So much fun where I live in the Surrey hills, small roads and a few byways. Costing me £8 per week to commute to work!! What's not to like!!!

I brought the CRFRally, last July as an addition to my Tiger 1050, the Tiger only comes out now when I have to carry a pillion. Have done a bit of green laning which is really good fun but best of all I really look forward to having to commute to and from work, knobblies are no problem on tarmac, 90 mpg, 75mph plus, have a rack on the back and a Kriega tank bag. Absolutely recommend this bike.

I pretty much agree to every word you say about that bike, mate. I have the previous model and it makes me smile riding it all the time. Funny thing is, I like to ride it more than my other performance bike, even bringing it on technical muddy terrains. Cheers!

Cracking video of a cracking bike, had one of these new back in 2013. The only draw back for me was the seat - for those of us without much padding in the rear it's awful!! More than half an hour in the seat and you have to get off for a walk round, it's like sitting on a plank of wood. Kept it 8 months and sold it on as it was so uncomfortable. Currently riding the CB300R, absolutely wonderful for me, plenty of power and a derivative of the CRF engine. Like you, I love the character of a single cylinder and this unit gives a good account of itself. Have subscribed to your channel, all the best.👍

Hi good review on the Honda 250L that little 250L is more versatile that an u think with the right set up that 250 will rip thought the woods on the single trails wade though mud like a tractor . & with the hight air box snorkel will l swim thought large knee height streams or large puddles with its fuel inject engine keep the engine sweet with the go go juice. Yes with the range well up there for a full day out on the green lanes loads of miles for smiles for the price where can u go wrong. At the moment the Honda crf is the the most adventured bike runing around the world at the moment. Reliability & quality . Yes it's a 250 but size of engine isn't everything. But honda have put together a package that ticks the boxes . With a world wide following in this bike . Does anyone agree .

If you are short 5'6 and under 5'8 tallest itd be a good choice but if youre 6' and taller it is way too small and the suspension WAY TOO SOFT!

Your all day rides must be short, my evening rides are over 100 Km and all day rides are 200 Km to 500 Km that tank is just too small, it they would go with a larger tank like 15 liters I would be getting one . I am getting a DR 650 but putting a 20 liter tank on it, but also want a liter bike for doing more difficult trails.

@@hiltonmcconnell2563 Hi thanks for getting back to me it was 8 months that I sent that message to u . I see it got 20 likes . There is a great fan base out the for the crf . A round bike fof the price . Yes a bigger tank would be the best bet for the bike maybe they will think about that fof the next generation it will come with Direct fuel injection next time I believe. * twin spark I think. It's out of production at the moment for a couple of years I think for the development of the new crf250l and rally once again thanks for your time to reply . Safe riding .

Like the bike but for the small gas tank, I have a DR 650 coming but putting a 5.3 gal. tank on it, as the last Dr650 I was always looking for gas stations, Don't know why the put such small gas tanks on them I want a light weight dule sport for practicing on in more difficult areas, but at the same time do not want to have to trailer it to get to the trails. So far the only option is the Suzuki DRS 200S But it would be nice to have a 250 for the little extra power. The DRS 200 S has a 12.5 L tank that is double the Hondas CRF250L These bikes would be great with a 15 L tank or bigger I keep hearing about the CRF 250 rally but never seen one hear in PEI Canada. but even the rally only has a 2.7L tank and the seat high is getting a little high for learning rougher areas. And the weight of the rally is almost up there with the DR 650 You should do a video no the DRS 200S The ones I have seen so far it looks pretty good just lacking a little power.

Good little bike but not light for what it is. It is a great commuter bike in off road clothes. If you want a cheap bulletproof trail bike which can function properly off road and is competent on road then I would say a good used DRZ400 would be a far better buy. To make a CRF good off road will cost lots in aftermarket upgrades which is pointless when you can buy a better performer for less the won't need the extra mods.

I have one, commute on it all year round (don't have a car) and greenlane on it with the occasional enduro ride. I bought it in 2017 and I change the oil once a year. That's it for maintenance. New rear tyre at 8500km and chain and sprockets about the same. Zero issues with it. I believe Honda says it needs new oil and filter every 12k km and valve checks at 25k km. I'm pretty sure that's about as good as it gets.
