This is NOT the bread improver that most people would think of or might use it for. That is a dry powder you can buy in baking supplies store or online. Your method (tangzhong) does imporve the structure of bread (as long as dough is high hydration) but it doesn't help the bread rise better. Also, don't use tangzhong if the bread is made with low hydration dough as it won't have any noticable effect.
Hi Jamal,if you look at the written ingredients of one of my video called"Kalabasa pandesal" which is a filipino bread rolls, just substitute the amount of the mashed butternut squash with the same amount of this bread improver/bread softener.
