Just trying to get home- the last 100 miles

The last 100 mikes working our way back to southeastern Massachusetts has been difficult. After a rough crossing of the Gulfstream, we found ourselves becalmed with no wind. We drifted for 12 hours finally finding wind a few hours before sunset. By nightfall, we set our course for home which unfortunately was dead downwind, the slowest and least stable point of sail.
