i remember when i went to a comp and saw max park. i talked with his ada a while and he told me his secret training routine(dont tell anyone) do three averages a day or one if you dont have time, and no redos. if you get a dnf, thats it. the point is to deal with presure. let me tell you, it WORKS.

This is a really great video. Congrats on your improvement, and all the new subs this has brought you! I just wanted to say, I would have loved if your "pro routine" was explained with a little more detail in the video

Here's the routine:
1. Turbo tracking for 15 minutes. If you didn't know, turbo tracking is where you do a bunch of moves and track one piece (or an f2l pair) the entire time. I did this 5 times each for 3 minutes.
2. Untimed slow solves for 30 minutes. I tried to have zero pauses, and I was messing around with different ways to solve F2L pairs.
3. Blind cross +1 for 15 minutes. I did this to practice inspection. So I inspected the cross and the first pair, then closed my eyes and solved them.
4. Easy cross for 15 minutes. I used the easy cross category of scrambles on cstimer, and made sure to inspect as far as I could.
5. 30 minute cubing session with punishment. I choose pushups because that's what Brody did in his video (linked in the description). Basically, anytime I got a solve that was over a certain threshold, I punished myself. Brody goes more in depth with it in his video. ruclips.net/video/JRO4-hqzzuc/видео.html
6. Competition simulation. I just did an average of 5 while trying to recreate a competition environment.
Just so you know, this routine may not help you as much as it helped me. I focused on improving my F2L with this routine, so if you are good at F2L already, I don't recommend doing this routine. However, if you do want to improve your F2L, feel free to give it a try! Remember, you can change around the times and drills/exercises to fit you.
I'll go into more detail about my "pro routine" next time I do a video like this (I'll probably end up making another video like this one). Thanks for the critique!

I use the middle magnet strength (setting 3). I use 1 for both axis distance and spring compression. I also have a core magnet version (it’s really fast idk why) I use that one on 2 for axis distance and 5 for spring compression.

I've been cubing for a month now. On December I learned beginner method and averaging 1:30 sec, the last week of it I learned f2l. (My PB is 25 sec which is luck) I used to average 40-50 early January and we got a sem-break and I used that time to improve my 21 sec F2L. Now it's January 26 and I now average 20-30 (PB is 16 sec). Pretty happy with my solves and still trying to improve. Also I now have 2k solves in Twisty Timer (I think it's too much)

I looked at a few of your solves and it seems like your kinda in the same boat as me. I recommend you try slow solves (focus on lookahead). You can also start practicing cross +1.
If your having trouble with lookahead you can try this: inspect your cross (or cross and one f2l pair if you know how) close your eyes and solve it. Then inspect your first f2l pair and close your eyes and solve it. And repeat the for the rest of your solve. This will make it a habit to not look at what your solving while your solving it (so you can lookahead easier)
