How long might this morning movement and mindfullness take? From what I've heard, night owls can learn to wake up earlier but it's still not as healthy or natural for them, so I wonder whether it's actually worth pushing wake up even earlier and further from one's natural cycle to incorporate those things.

High efficiency and productivity will kill you, and the people that are earning with your blood and sweat won’t even bother sending flowers to your funeral. Trust me on this, just do the bare minimum to get by and live your life

i always have a water bottle with a cap by my bed. it doesn't matter where i put the water, i WILL knock it over in my sleep, so the cap is fantastic
