In this video I want to show you guys my current way of making a kick and bass for psytrance. First I'll show you a finished kick and bass to quickly run through the process. After that I'll show you the process from scratch as we make a new kick and bass. For me the process is more important than the end result so in this video I focus on that.

Projektor is an alias I started around august 2019. Under this alias I started posting psytrance music with a clear emphasis on theming and a more progressive or mainstream style than other producers. The goal of the Projektor alias is to release memorable music which works well on the dancefloor. Around january 2020 I started posting tutorials and other helpful videos on youtube again under the Projektor alias. Together with these videos I started selling several products which can be used to improve your productions. I have always believed music production knowledge should be shared and that is now one of my main goals with the Projektor alias. Currently Projektor is the only alias under which I release music, videos or products but this might change in the future!

D Sharp, AKA “DJ don’t slow my track down!”
LMAO never thought of the keys that way. It’s true though
Thanks dude ! As the kick bass is the most important part of the track to me, this is incredibly helpful !
Thanks man! I've learned a lot since this point: ruclips.net/video/zGuQN6wfFdY/видео.html
This is exactly the kind of bass I have been chasing! If you follow the steps in this video you will get very good results. Thanks so much and will be checking out your other videos. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
thanks man! glad you enjoy the content!
I love the concept of preparing things right rather than fixing problems after bad decision and bad preparation ! Great, very instructive!
Thanks man! Glad you enjoy!
Thank you.
Finally,.. a good video explaining the fundamentals of a psy Kick and Bass lines and its synthesis....U have explained something one of the videos has done so far..I'm a big fan... peace
Thanks man! Glad it was helpful!
@@Projektor_music I’ve gone through much videos to learn serum. Coming from an analog background, I always felt that most videos on the web would confuse beginners even further as I see they ‘neglect’ or skip over the parts that will still keep most of us new to electronic synthesis in the dark. It’s not the presets or the synths, I wish the pros just stream their work flow. That will teach more than any short video to get views here. You are awesome. Loved ur video. It was like finding the map out of the Serum puzzles pls keep sharing. Love to see a stream like Collective Intelligence did just creating a track..and not talking but showing what he was doing.
@@kudahandi Thanks man! I do occasionally live stream but mainly to hang around and chat while producing. if you want to see content where I explain every step of my production process I reccomend my masterclass instead!
You are awesome!!
Thanks man!
Have you ever tried Dawesomes Chop Suey for the Kicks? It works with sample based kicks and you can recreate a new Kick with the transiebnt of Kick A, the body of Kick B and the Tail of Kick C
Thanks brother! Psyscope seems to be a really cool tool. Haven’t heard of it before.
Glad it's helpful!
Any others vsts similar to psyscope for Mac?
Is there any possibility to save the three track bass group as an own preset containing the instrument racks?
I save everything, but I won't share it. I only really share content like this with my patreon supporters but I don't know if I posted this one on there...
@@Projektor_music oh sorry for the misunderstaning: I meant if I do my own one but don't want to rebuild again and again. Just a technical question for ableton on how to save a track containing Instruments and stuff.
@@Bobbycartuner ahh in ableton just drag the track into a folder inside your places... I have a seperate folder for it actually. it should create a .als file which is in essance a project file (you can even open it as a project for ableton, but you can also drag it inside another project)
Hope that clears it up, sorry for the misunderstanding
Change title to "Masterclass Projektor Kick And Bass" 😉
nah my bass masterclass is 2 hours long...
Very helpful, thanks for these videos man, appreciate you
glad you enjoyed! thanks for watching!
