If your still in St. Louis, try the French Frye Factory, get the Honey garlic steak and shrimp fries. They got a lot of options on the menu. The barbecue chicken fries are good too

the cinnamon roll dough is rolled out too thin with too many layers. It's essential a spiced bread bun let it be bread, not overly spiced under cooked gooey dough. Also a good cinnamon roll doesn't need that white sugary goop poured all over it which is the second thing to contribute soggy gooey dough.
Any regular food joint that tries to call any sauce an aioli or house made this and that automatically gets a pass from me. Stop trying to be iron chef food channel Hell’s Kitchen with all them terms and just focus on the food. Leave that pretentious shit to the fancy restaurants.

Like I would still check this place out. The biscuits looked a little overcooked imo, but he never made mention of the biscuits having issues so I trust that looks are deceiving here. That chicken was absolutely cooked through, that was just clearly dark meat so it ain't gonna be white.
