Dyslexic people think and envision in 3D. You think of an apple in your head, he literally sees an apple in 3D. That's why #s and letters get switched. When he's describing with his hands, he's literally drawing the 3D model of the fragrance in his head for us. Pretty cool eh?

Most British football fans knowingly pronounce different European teams wrongly because it’s too much of a faff or it makes us sound a bit pretentious if we try to pronounce with different accents etc. It’s always really funny when you start to read the sales spiel from boxes and then fuck it off as it’s too much palaver 😂

I believe it's the highest selling men's frag of all time, or at least was at one point. It is horrible. Cold, scratchy, hard synthetic headache.

@@Emily-fo2xo I know he is, I _may_ sniff it but I'm not a fan of any of PR's line. The one I thought was half decent (but would never wear it) was Prive, if I recall the name. Which I also believe is discontinued.
I was just looking for an opportunity to slam PR and 1M, as I just cannot stand it, and yet it's (was) extremely popular, esp with the club crowd (which I am not a part of at all).
I slam 1M, Savage, and Aventus every opportunity I get. ;p
Aaron is such a genuine human being with integrity. I personally love 1 Million Royal. It's not terribly nuanced but it's beautiful perfumery.
I'm keen on smelling it sounds interesting. I currently own One Million Parfum
First time I smelled it, I wasn't impressed. But I didn't really wait for the dry down and threw away the strip. Now that Aaron gives it a 10, I'll have to try it again. Thanks a lot Aaron!

I agree with you, I am astonished, I can't believe he gave it a 10! This Royal gives me serious vibes of Axe Dark Temptation.
But even Fragrantica gave it the lowest score from the line.

I had a little sample bottle of 1 million and loved it - haven't tried 1 million royal yet but this review seems really promising.
Edit: I would actually say Aaron (as per usual) hit the nail on the head when he said it was "sweet, clean, and robust". This is definitely my favorite 1 million. I've liked the EDT since I first smelled it when I was 14 but even now at the age of 23 (still quite young all things considered) this is still very appealing to me. Definitely wearable in summer IMO, although you could arguably wear almost anything in summer if you don't overspray. Not super overpowering or cloying and that's my favorite part about this. The little peppermintiness in here makes this a lil sparkly and I just adore it.

Excellent review with so many details and honest approach . I smell this fragrance for the first time while I was in Italy, 3+ months before arrived in UK, and I loved it😊
As far as I can tell: People with a strong ego ("immature people"), get offended, and get hung up (like a stuck computer program) on small unimportant things like mispronunciations. People with not much ego (I think Aaron is on this side of things), have a more mature look on things. Don`t take details that seriously, focus on what matters, don't mind, accept things as they are etc.

I''ve learned a lot from you and always excited for every new video. But if i can advise you to use some visuals and schemes, for example when you're mentioning the notes, it would improve the storytelling significantly.
I tested 4 One Millions at Macy’s and Royal and the EDT were the best ones, my young nephews loved Lucky. I had to buy a bottle of Royal because it wasn’t as sweet and smells more refined than the other ones, 10/10 for me too.

This is the best out of the One Million line. Lasts way longer than the Parfum and elixir.

Wore this one as my gym scent today. Probably my favourite from the line as it’s very versatile and extremely pleasant smelling a 10 out of 10 in my book as well.

I never liked the original, tried some of other flankers which were ok or good. Then discovered and settled with Prive and Parfum . Which is were things seemed to have peaked in the line. Buy yeah, Royal is now my favorite. It's soo good and different enough that it should have been it's own line; it's what should have been released as 'Phantom'. Excellent review!

I was on top of that as well...he's been virtually my only frag reviewer for a couple years now, I don't have enough time to watch many others, and been with him since 2,000.
Its wierd royal is cleaner. But you cant really make 1 million sweeter or richer. Will definitely buy. My favourite is 1 million. It's sickeningly sweet but it works by itself and especially with other scents. I use 1 million the most.

I pronounce bergamot like Bergamont. And vetiver, like Vertiver. They sound more right

It's a decent scent, I'll give them that. Long dry down is really heavy sage with a touch of cedar. My bottle came in last night, dropped 3 sprays across my chest and went to bed (how I test longevity, personally). Woke up and was taken aback by the singular sage-y mustiness, as I really never smelled it in the PR mid-notes. Going to scrub it off and run JPG Le Beau LP EDP for the day... albeit a bit out of season. LOL.
Who cares how things are pronounced? The way you talk about them and your incredible expertise are quite enough. I can kinda even smell the frags sometimes, u are so eloquent.

I never realised there was another way to say the ingredients that Aaron is talking about, I rarely watch other fragrance reviewers, so, don't know any different than how Aaron sais it. Just wish some of my teachers were as listenable as Aaron is when I was a kid.
