dior suvage elixir is on a different league when it comes to projection and longevity. There are no other perfumes in this price range as strong as this. and very few if you go higher on the price range.
I thought the same when I tried a tester in store and wanted to get it once my Le Male Le Parfum finished. But today I wore my Le Male Le Parfum and I fell in love again. I'm not so sure which is my favourite anymore...

La male elixir is surprisingly good on the dry down i bought it out of curiosity as i mainly own niche brands but its a great scent for everyday use and definitely an autumn winter fragrance
I tried three of these fragrances at Boots on Saturday. I had tried and loved the Sauvage Elixir the previous week and went specifically to buy that but wanted to compare it to others. The One Million was nice but disappeared very quickly. It was completely gone by the time I left the store. The Sauvage Elixir was superb and I walked out with a bottle. Im new to the fragrance scene, only getting into it about 9 months ago, but I love the JPG Le Male Elixir. It's got this beautiful, creamy, soothing and just honey smell to it. But I also find it interesting you picked Paco Raban 1 Million Elixir to be your favourite, as I really liked that when smelling it and it was also next to the JPG Le Male Elixir. They both smelt really good to me!
Aaron is cool. He's honest and very professional and has a great channel himself. Never stop bringing him on your channel, his coolness is starting to rub off on you a bit
Le Male elixir smells like my bag pack when I used to carry my Spicebomb extreme and a packet of spearmint chewing gum in with it. Love it and it’s very non offensive too!
My wife says they smell the same - with LME being more powerful, SBE more subtle. I can be sparing with the JPG but need a few sprays with SBE or it fades quickly 🤷♂️
i have a lot of the elixir ones and i absolutely love them. still my fav this summer was le beau le parfum. got another bottle for next summer! my fav elixir is the le male one cause it lasts very long too.
Always great to see you guys together. Looks like I need to get my nose on that Centauri Elixir. I've never heard of the brand before and I love checking out indie houses.
I tried on Dior Sauvage Elixir at a store and forgot about it. I didn't wear that jacket for weeks and when I put it on again the smell was still 100% there. Wild that it lasts that long. Also, that stuff really burns!! It reminds me it that cologne from Anchorman LOL
Le Male Elixir is nice enough but overly familiar to my nose ie nothing new. Reminds a bit of Lanvin Avant Garde which had beeswax & tobacco accords and even CK One Shock. Very well done tbf.
Gucci Elixir and RL Elixir are good as well. Smelled them at Macy’s. Still have to smell the Boss Bottled Elixir. Great video guys. I own JPG, Invictus and 1 Million Elixir…my favourite so far is the JPG
Great vide on elixirs. I didnt get a chance to view much of it, but i'm sure it was good. I wanted to add that i'm curious about Boss Elixir & would like to see it cmpared as well.
I have a question. How do you guy's recognize that a fragrance is French style perfumery, or Italian , which things makes that fragrance to smell like a french style or any other styles. Aaron a lot of times in his reviews, says that this fragrance is a french style perfumery. What makes that perfume to smell french. Thank you.
I know this is a Perfume/Cologne channel, but just want to say nice Tissot PRX! I went with the powermatic 80 in the waffle green dial and its become my favorite watch in the collection.
Me too. But mine got scratches on metal strap. Any idea to remove that scratch I mean it’s not that even visible but I’m quite ocd about this. I really love this watch
Nice video, only thing is.. Ive seen several videos of that kind and I simply cant understand why so many of these perfumers havent smelled some of those most popular fragrances?! I mean you can say there is no need if youre more interested in nieche directions but shouldnt somebody who´s doing that professionally have the natural curiousity and impulse to smell these to get other impressions?!
Waiting list for Sauvage Elixir in Mexico! Wow! Here in eastern Europe every discounter has it readily available. Won't be long and you will have people selling it out of their trunks in parking lots hahaha. Ok i exagerate a bit but still its out there like any other perfume.

So be sure what do you want on a fragrance and by your idea, buy the one you prefer as the best option for you.
Sauvage Elixir has been my most complimented fragrance I've ever worn, I got a compliment after thirty minutes of wearing it the first time. Part of that maybe because people can smell it from across the room and it leaves an intense long scent trail.

So I suggested then, better to highlight the overall major profile features (e.g. sweet, ambery, floral, creamy, woody, gourmand, powdery, etc.) and possibly the most prominent note(s) when it's patently clear there are such (e.g. iris, vetiver, vanilla, smokey leather, or even tobacco when that's the case) but not listing a fragrance as a "tobacco" one, when the tobacco is either clearly not the main or most prominent note, or it's even questionable whether there's actual tobacco in there.
